Very good hotel, room in good condition and comfortable. The only thing that the doors are not soundproof. However, I had no bad luck with the neighbour guests (this time). Prices, unfortunately, in Madrid, are crazy.

The hotel is very nice. We especially liked the daily changing flavored water at reception. The staff was very friendly, and the refrigerator in the hotel room was very convenient. The pool area is also very nice, and the breakfast is well-balanced and good.

Wonderful hotel in a lovely area. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. On a quite side street in a very safe neighborhood. Metro is a 5 minute walk. Staff wonderful, hotel very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Over all everything it was good. Breakfast good, rooms good, customer service good. Safe it was good. Overall Madrid is very safe to be walking late. We went to the Real Madrid soccer game and came back walking to our hotel at midnight. All good. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Simple and easy, but the two separate beds were not really separated. It’s too bare bones for the amount of money. The pool is closed so I don’t see the point of listing it in the search if not available or open for the dates of booking. Staff is great, but unless there is heavy discount I would not book again

The building itself is going through construction so there are holes in the ceiling and the walls arent painted. The rooms AC does not work so they have really noisy fans that just push the hot air around. There's also tons of construction around the hotel so it's hard to get an uber or taxi that can get to the street. We tried to open a window to get cool air but the construction was nonstop so it was very loud. You can hear people in the hallway and in the other rooms. I would never go back.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. And the location was lovely and quiet, not too far from the metro and close to Real Madrid’s stadium, where we were visiting. We loved our time in Madrid!

Hotel Luze Castellana was great! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a more residential area but within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and many great restaurants. It’s about a 20-30 minute ride from the city center which isn’t bad at all. I was there for 4 days and never had an issue and the breakfast is top notch! Highly recommend!
