WI-FI的訊號不是很好，每層樓似乎只有2台，功率不強，網路速度半夜才比較快，約70-80KB/S，白天約40-50KB/S，地鐵離CUZCO站約5分鐘路程，早餐還可以，但天天都是相同，只有週六會比較好一點，有培根肉及多一種水果，房間空間剛剛而已，並不是很大，無附牙刷、但有附沐浴露、洗髮露2用

Avoid this hotel. I booked BYPILLOW Castellana because of its location and because it advertised air conditioning. With Madrid at 35°C, this was essential. At check-in, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm the air conditioning was working and was assured everything was fine. It wasn’t. The air conditioning did not work, the room was unbearably hot, and I endured one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. The following morning I was then told the air conditioning was broken. Had the staff been honest when I checked in, I would have found another hotel immediately instead of suffering through the night. I had no choice but to check out, even though I had already paid for a second night. The hotel manager instructed me to contact Expedia and assured me the hotel would authorise a refund for the unused night. I followed every instruction, but the hotel has failed to honour that promise and I am still out of pocket. The worst part wasn’t that the air conditioning broke—these things happen. It was being misled by staff and then having the promised refund refused. I can’t afford legal action, so I can only warn other travellers. Madrid has many better hotels with honest staff who stand by their commitments. I recommend avoiding this one.

Habitación limpia y funcional

Ingen pool, ACn ur funktion, det luktade cigarettrök på rummet och både smutsigt, trasigt vid fönstret och mögel i vattenflaskan. Nej vi inte här. Frukosten var dock god. Besvikna helt klart bilderna ger en helt annan bild av boendet.

I booked a stay for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were amazing, and everything went well. However, during the last 2 nights, the air conditioning stopped working, and they couldn’t fix it. Even when I checked out, it still wasn’t working. The room was extremely hot, like a sauna. Overall, the room was a good size, the hotel was very clean, and the room itself was spotless. The staff were really helpful throughout my stay. My only issue was the air conditioning and how long it took to fix. It was disappointing that it still wasn’t working by the time I checked out.

Tout s’est très bien passé , le personnel est très accueillant et poli. Petit déjeuné tout à fait correct. Établissement impeccable et bien tenu.

Le personnel était très gentil. La chambre agréable, hôtel calme et très prope. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Konumu şehre çok uzak burayı seçerken kesinlikle bunu dikkate alın. Metro ile şehir merkezi 30 dk. Odalar fazlasıyla eski sanırım yeni el değiştirmiş ancak oda bizi memnun etmedi.

Viaggio di lavoro: camera pulita, check-in efficiente, buona colazione.

The Hotel was nice overall. The breakfast was good. My only complaint was that you could hear everything in the hallways from your room. I was on the first floor so that may have been it. I also wish there was an area you could sit outside. The pool was area was closed for repairs.

Morgenmaden var fremragende, vil særligt fremhæve ægte friskpresset appelsinjuice.

Café da manha é excelente, o hotel é limpo e os funcionarios sao atencioso. Única coisa que poderia melhorar é que a temperatura é central ( Eu estava com calor mas o ar do meu quarto não funcionava pois a temperatura central estava ajustada para mais alto).

Ottimo hotel a 15 minuti dal centro ben servito da bus e metro. Stanze spaziose e pulite. Molti negozi e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Personale molto gentile.

Great central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and fully functional. My only complaint was a bit of noise from the neighboring room - the walls seemed pretty thin.
