superbe hôtel, confortable, dans un environnement calme et dans un beau parc. Bien situé, au départ de randonnées. Piscines extérieures chaudes et accessibles. Très bon rapport qualité prix, super petit déjeuner et bon repas. Le restaurant d'à côté également excellent et varié. Informations à l’accueil très médiocre en ce qui concerne l’accès au balnéo. Les prix semblent prohibitifs pour un simple accès au sauna ou au hammam.

We had a very pleasant stay in Caldes de Boí. The hotel is well equipped, with 3 swimming pools and a bar by the pool, a reading room and a living room both very cozy. Our room and our bathroom had a pretty good size. The staff, specially from the bar&restaurant were very kind. The hotel surroundings are amazing, plenty to do, walk around in their gardens, go for a short walk to the spring water fountains by the hotel, walk some waterfalls nearby... It is a beautiful spot and if the weather is glorious, it is like paradise. My only negative comment is regarding their WIFI, was very weak and in some parts of the hotel worked on and off, not reliable. It needs improvement. I cannot comment on the spa services since I did not use them. In general it was an extremely positive experience.

Great location and access to mountains. Badly let down by restaurant in the evening with having to book and wait even though half empty. Food itself good for dinner but actually went to next door hotel for meal second night given these difficulties. Staff unhelpful and in restaurant head waitress quite rude.

Great location and garden. Nice view. Good and diverse breakfast with vegan options. Small SPA. In the colder and rainy summer days, you can't use the outside pools...the termal water has 28°C. Basic rooms - 3 stars standard. Bad pillows.

When we checked in the hotel, staff told us there was no junior sweet rooms which we requested and confirmed one. So I sent chat to the Expedia soon this situation. Later, hotel staff allocated the junior sweet room. Once we entered the cheapest room, and then we moved the room, it took more than 3 hours, because of this happening, we couldn’t take a dinner. We don’t use the booking by Expedia any more. But Caldes de Boi is nice place and calm place. Just I would like to request and renewal your booking system. And also, your booking confirmation was not good, only Japanese, it’s better to change in English. Regards, Nagasawa
