RESULTADO EXPEDIA NO INFORMA Y NO CUMPLE SU FUNCIÓN Y EL CLIENTE PAGA SERVICIOS Y CONDICIONES QUE NO SON LAS EXISTENTES.

Un hotel acogedor y con un personal muy amable y profesional.

Great location and garden. Nice view. Good and diverse breakfast with vegan options. Small SPA. In the colder and rainy summer days, you can't use the outside pools...the termal water has 28°C. Basic rooms - 3 stars standard. Bad pillows.

Great mountain retreat

superbe hôtel, confortable, dans un environnement calme et dans un beau parc. Bien situé, au départ de randonnées. Piscines extérieures chaudes et accessibles. Très bon rapport qualité prix, super petit déjeuner et bon repas. Le restaurant d'à côté également excellent et varié. Informations à l’accueil très médiocre en ce qui concerne l’accès au balnéo. Les prix semblent prohibitifs pour un simple accès au sauna ou au hammam.

Tiene unas vistas impresionantes. Un buen ambiente relajante.

Magnifica estancia en el Hotel, senderos alrededores para salir a caminar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Hicimos también el circuito termal en los baños. Muy recomendable.

Lugar agradable aunque un poco antigua, muy años 60

The hotel is a bit dated and desperately needs a refresh. The site, however, is fantastic and the property has lots of potential. Service was also quite good for a hotel of this level.

Limpieza aceptable. Minibar con solo 2 aguas pequeñas. El colchón de muelles de los de ántes, no se duerme plano. Desayuno continental normal. Lo peor, que no hay cobertura móvil Orange y estuve todo el finde incomunicado cuando necesitava internet y llamadas para mi trabajo. Es un 4**** de los 90

Falta modernizar, cama comoda pero almohadas insuficientes. Baño muy viejo con bañera muy pequeña (mejor una buena ducha) y deshagüe fatal, no colaba ni restos pasta dientes. Desayuno Bueno y spa bien pero demasiada gente(muy Caro por solo 1 hora). Faltaba espejo grande i luz ambiental. Los jardines i Fuentes preciosos.

El entorno que envuelve este hotel, es de ensueño si eres un amante de montaña. El personal muy cercano y amable. Al momento de la reserva tuve un pequeño contratiempo con la habitación, sin embargo Hoteles.com y el personal del hotel, lo solucionaron enseguida. Sentirse atendido y respaldado no tiene precio (10/10 en ese aspecto). Las rutas que rodean este hotel, son revitalizantes y de total desconexión. Si lo que quieres es perderte en un entorno excepcional. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

El entorno me ha parecido un lugar encantador

Nos entregaron la habitación 45 minutos más tarde. Cuando llegamos a la habitación en el baño todavía había basura de los antiguos huéspedes. Debajo de la cama había una botella de agua vacía que no sacaron ningún día. La televisión funcionava mal. La habitación muy vieja y sin aire acondicionado. Decían que las habitaciones eran insonorizadas pero se oía todo Ahora me sale mal no haver puesto una queja, ya que nos costó mucho dinero y para mí no es apto cómo un hotel de 4 estrellas. Muy decepcionada.

El lloc és fantàstic. L'hotel i les instalacions podrien estar millor cuidats.

El entorno y el sitio es espectacular , lo mejor es que admiten perros y son súper amables tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante , el desayuno muy bueno y desde alli hay rutas para Realizar, nos ha encantado para repetir y aconsejar.

Buena relació calidad-precio. Instalaciones grandes.

Buen hotel pero deberían mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones. Estupendos desayunos, entorno magnífico.

We had a very pleasant stay in Caldes de Boí. The hotel is well equipped, with 3 swimming pools and a bar by the pool, a reading room and a living room both very cozy. Our room and our bathroom had a pretty good size. The staff, specially from the bar&restaurant were very kind. The hotel surroundings are amazing, plenty to do, walk around in their gardens, go for a short walk to the spring water fountains by the hotel, walk some waterfalls nearby... It is a beautiful spot and if the weather is glorious, it is like paradise. My only negative comment is regarding their WIFI, was very weak and in some parts of the hotel worked on and off, not reliable. It needs improvement. I cannot comment on the spa services since I did not use them. In general it was an extremely positive experience.
