We just stayed one night, but thought hotel was great. It was half way between the cruise port & the airport which was convenient for us. They did not offer a shuttle service, so we had to take taxis. The staff were very nice and held our luggage while we walked around. The hotel is in a business area, so nothing to see. Several coffee shops within walking distance. We were able to check in 2 hours early which was very helpful. The room was lovely & had everything we needed for the night. They had a restaurant in the lobby which was crowded as was the bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but keep in mind, it’s not walking distance to any major attractions.

The cleaning was not done properly. The washrooms were left uncleaned, with mould visible on the tiles and some tiles missing. Additionally, the cleaning staff did not restock essential supplies such as tissues, coffee, and cream

Staff was great! We arrived late at night due to our other accommodations falling through. The hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful about getting us into our rooms quickly and dealing with the complicated payments (our fault, not theirs) the following morning. I would certainly recommend them as the rooms were spacious, clean and offered great views. The hotel is also accessible by bus and only a short and easy walk to the metro to quickly get to the airport or downtown.

Check in was at 3pm but we got checked in at 4pm. We got told that we are a priority but thought that was something they said to everyone coming in to hotel. The sauna shower facilities didn't work. The shower in the sauna had to be held in to use it and there was another shower which we didn't know the use of. The gym wasn't great as machines didn't work. It's not great location for hotel as we had to always use the metro or bus to go into town so alot of travelling was done. The room was very good with everything working and a good view from the window.

An excellent option prior to boarding our cruise. Numerous dinner options within walking distance. A mall is also available that includes a “Walmart” type store; able to pick up SPF. Hotel was beautiful, nice lobby bar. Able to store luggage with early arrival. Desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke English easily. Highly recommend.

This is a nice property, however the smell and cleanliness is poor. The shower and a lot of mold and mildew thay made our stay undesirable unfortunately.

My family stayed for two days and we loved this place.
Room is a fairly big, quiet and clean.
Feel safe walk around to go to local restaurant.
Airport is not too far (appx 15-20 min) which it is plus.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is really easy to get to from the airport and it's easy to get to and from the city center. The reception staff are really friendly and they surprised me with a slice of cake as it was my birthday. I loved the personal touch. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
