The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is close to the cruise port and close to a beautiful shopping mall. Just be aware that the property is located in a business district so if you arrive on a Sunday everything is closed including the mall so there is really nothing to do in the area. The breakfast buffet is excellent offering a generous variety of food and definitely worth the money. We did eat dinner at the bar restaurant on the night of arrival which was very good but we felt it was overpriced but aren't all hotel restaurants. Taxis are very convenient and right outside the front door and it cost us 28 euros to the cruise port which we felt was average. The only negative thing we experienced was when we first got into our room it was very hot and the wall thermostat was in Spanish and very confusing to get it started and cool off the room. We plan on returning to this hotel next spring for another cruise and we do recommend it both for convenience to the cruise port and the reasonable price point of the property.

The first thing you truly need after arriving from a tiring flight is a friendly and welcoming reception. The lady at the front desk (I forgot to ask her name, but I know she is from Bolivia) was incredibly kind, helpful, and greeted me with a beautiful smile. The check-in was quick and efficient, and she gave me useful information about how to get around the city. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the metro, making it easy and uncomplicated to reach all the main attractions. The hotel offers good facilities. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the rooms were well insulated, making for a peaceful stay. The restaurant was excellent, and the relaxing lounge bar served simple snacks and meals that were surprisingly delicious. Overall, I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10 and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Stayed here for 1 night. Main lobby is clean and presentable. The hallway corridors and rooms should have some updates. The hallway carpeting is outdated and gives off a dust like odor. The rooms are clean and neat, but the bathroom is oddly situated and definitely requires some updates. I did not use any amenities. Convenient location.

チェックインの時間より早く到着しましたが、可能な部屋があり、対応してもらえました。部屋は広々して、とても清潔でした。朝食も種類が豊富で、5泊しましたが、飽きませんでした。空港から地下鉄1本でアクセスは良いですが、観光地までは地下鉄やバスなど20〜30分かかります。中心部と比べればお店は少ないですが、周辺にはレストランもありますし、少し歩けばショッピングモールもあります。総じて良い滞在でした。
