Great location, clean and nice place

Very nice hotel with a central location. Room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated.

Small hotel, near several Metro stations. But also very central so easy walking to Madrid’s attractions. Staff friendly & helpful.

Great location at affordable price. Breakfast included is a good deal.

The pros: Staff was very helpful - top notch. They were able to accommodate an early check in without issue. Offered great recommendations for dinner. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a beautiful room. The hotel location was excellent and central to all the sights. The cons: The trash bin in the bathroom still had discarded hygiene products in it when we checked in. The staff was still in the hall so they were able to attend to it right away but super gross nonetheless. The bathroom door is made of glass with golden designs throughout so you can't totally see in but if you prefer privacy when you use the bathroom, you will have to adjust expectations. Finally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived (mid-November) but the heat was on. There was no way to cool the room down - we asked. This made for uncomfortable sleeps. Good enough value for the location.

No problems over our long weekend ideal hotel with all sites within walking distance and three different metro stations close by going in different directions for even more exploring

Super small bedroom hardly any space for luggage

Everything was great...great(staff) reception, great room, very clean and not worn at all. We had a junior suite on the 5th floor facing the street...a little noise but not excessive. Great position and private parking right beside the entrance...Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast. Good location to get to the Metro. We arrived early and they allowed us into our room immediately. I give them 5 stars.

No Air conditioning tha was the only issue

Great location, everything within walking distance, Clean room with comfortable bed. Negative; wifi very weak, no AC when we stay in October, must keep window open to have cool air then the noise at night till midnight.

Good room, good breakfast, no lounge or bar though

Great location - close to everything! Felt safe! Room was cozy and the bathroom was nice. The photos on the listing showed that the room would have a view but unfortunately the room I was given had no views and was just cement and no natural light came in... so for that, the room felt overpriced. The staff at time of check in felt like he didn't know what he was doing... But the staff the following day was excellent - she was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Check in was very easy and the location is awesome- lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very close to a couple different metro lines. Staff was very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great (espresso machine, lots of options for breads, proteins, juices, etc). The room was clean and had the bed was comfy. Shower had plenty of hot water and they even gave you slippers to use while you're in the room
