Centrally located hotel with specious room which had air conditioning, soundproofing and all necessary toiletries

Rooms are small and not well lit. Location is excellent - walk to Metro, restaurants, shopping, etc.

El hotel en general se ve muy descuidado, todo alfombrado y las alfombras son viejas y huelen mal, las habitaciones pequeñas, normal para Europa, limpia pero como ya mencioné con mal olor a alfombra vieja, no tienen ningun área donde estar, un pequeñito lobby para 1 persona para recibirte y 2 asientos viejos para el visitante, no puedo opinar del desayuno porque nunca fuí, en internet te dice que 12 euros por persona pero en realidad son 20 y no me resultaba agradable el área para ir a desayunar, el personal amigable y la muchacha que hace la habitación muy bien, el sure acondicionado no lo puedes graduar , solo encendido o apagado. En mi opinión es un lugar solamente para ir a dormir, tienen cama cómoda, pero como muy bueno tengo que resaltar el área donde está ubicado, está paralelo a la Gran Vía, te facilita ir dondequiera sin mucho esfuerzo y en esa calle puedes comer y tomar lo que deseas sin tener que alejarte, ahí tienes desde Starbucks hasta cualquier tipo de comida, el precio que pagas que está alto es por la ubicación.

Great central location, easy walking distance to a lot of sites and the train station. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast to start the day. Rooms are fine just a little on the dark side. Our room was on the first floor so too close to all the action at night consequently we couldn’t have the windows open but higher up might be better. Overall a good start to our Spain trip.

Location was great. My room didn’t have a door on the bathroom which wasn’t ideal for privacy. Room could have been a little cleaner. But overall great stay and would recommend based on location alone

Very friendly staff from receptionist to cleaning staff and all in-between. Super comfortable bed, bathroom with all you need. Very clean!!

We loved our quaint little stay here for 2 nights! The location was absolutely perfect to walk about the city comfortably. Room was super cute and cozy, bathroom was great with lots of room. The lighting was extremely dim so hard to put makeup on each day but everything else was adorable. Breakfast was included on our stay and perfect to start our morning! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Great location. Close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Perfect for both sightseeing and business trips. Overall, a very convenient base for exploring the city.

Well located Hotel.

I loved this place: clean, well-designed, great location, great staff.

Booked a deluxe double, unfortunately it was lacking anything which made it deluxe. The room felt like it was in the basement, the window overlooked a rather grotty space between buildings, almost no natural light in the room. The room itself was very small, with nowhere to store luggage and only a small wardrobe with four hangers. The bathroom door is glass, so if bathroom privacy is your thing you'll be in for a fright! But if don't mind seeing or been seen on the toilet, then all will be well (and everything can be heard through said glass door!). The room was clean, the bed comfy and the curtains did make the room dark. The bathroom was ok, with a decent shower. Walls not the most sound proofed... Breakfast was basic. Scrambled "eggs" and bacon the only hot food. Pastries, donuts, pancakes, meat, cheese, bread. All help yourself. The hotel location is excellent. Restaurants and bars right outside. Two minutes walk to the metro and Gran Via. Opera and Plaza Mayor less than 10 minutes walk. An OK hotel, but certainly not a 4* experience (more like 2 to 3). All the staff were fine, very courteous and helpful. One thing to beware (and this isn't a hotel issue), my taxi from the airport dropped me up on Gran Via - so a shortish walk to the hotel.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed on. The customer service here was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. Everything extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious. Absolutely the best! I’m definitely coming back

Lovely little hotel, smaller than I expected it to be. The lobby area is tiny but adequate for me to check in ok. All staff acknowledged you & were very friendly. The room was clean & well presented. The view from the window was nothing to look at. I had a view of offices & people working in them. There were also clothes hung up in the small area from the window view. The breakfast was adequate. The room is quite small & I think you may have to wait for some time to get a table, when the hotel is full. I would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location & I loved it

We stayed 3/1-3/26 there is no way to cool the room and no fan. The room although nice was hot and stuffy to sleep. Windows open but it is way to noisy all night long, garbage trucks, horns blaring, laughing and hollering non stop. Hotel is on a very busy street centrally located. Next time i would bring a bedside travel fan. Breakfast was good.
