Excellent location and property. Short walk from Puerta del sol large plaza and central hub for all of downtown Madrid. The entire city center is within easy walking distance. There are also two nearby subway stops for easy access. Safe, clean, cozy location.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Madrid! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel — everything was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept so good! The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Madrid and within walking distance to all the major sights, shops, and restaurants, you can’t go wrong with this hotel location. The view from our room was great, which made the stay even more special. The only slight downside to the room we had was that there was some construction going on so late at night and early morning we could hear that going on. But nothing that was a deal breaker. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and any requests a breeze. While the air conditioning wasn’t working perfectly and the room didn’t get as cool as we would have liked, it was still manageable. It’s also worth noting that there was no fridge in the room, which would’ve been a nice addition. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid. The comfort, location, and service more than make up for the minor drawbacks!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Madrid. Tiny lobby, and compact rooms, but still very nice. I would recommend.

Mi nombre es Orlando Alfaro y este hotel Supero mis todo, es mejor que en las fotos. La habitación la ame, muy limpia, el baño muy limpio, súper acomedida la habitación, muy tranquila no hay ruido. El personal la recepción los tres chicos en diferentes horarios son súper amables y ayudándote todo el tiempo. El desayuno súper bueno. Yo quiero volver solo a ese hotel.

Excellent two night stay. Perfect location, walkable to all major city highlights. We booked the suite which was great value and probably wise if you have more than a carry on. Shower pressure and water temperature were awesome. Lacked bathroom amenities such as conditioner, vanity kit (cotton buds etc) but otherwise great. Continental breakfast was great. Highly recommend as a boutique alternative to the larger chain hotels.

Wow! This hotel was centrally located for any major attraction in Madrid. The staff were accommodating and informative. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a lunchbox for our early morning flight. The service was impeccable!!

Hotel is perfect for visiting Madrid as it is central, modern, decent breakfast and rooms on the whole are comfortable. My room was well furnished and had an excellent shower. Main complaint was that the safe is built in above the wardrobe well over 2 metres above ground. So the only way to see inside or reach things that have fallen to the back is on a chair!!! Breakfast is mainly cold foods (they do have bacon and scrambled eggs) but good selection. Breakfast room is nice but can get a little crowded at times. Staff are all very pleasant and extremely helpful. WiFi in the room was abysmal but when I complained I was given a code for the 5ghz WiFi which was much better.

Excellent location. Friendly staff, really enjoyed breakfast and its atmosphere. Quiet boutique hotel feeling. At first I was concerned due to no lobby and rather unattractive appearance from outside but turned out to be very attractive hotel to stay!

The First One nos encantó. Su ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo y con un excelente servicio. Conozcan a Julián en la recepción. Nos fue de valiosa ayuda para todo, siempre sonriente y bien dispuesto. Recomendado! Solo tienen que bajar un poco la caja de seguridad. No todo el mundo mide 6’4”. :)

Stay was very good. Breakfast opens late though. Not good if you have to leave early. Apparently you have to tell them a day ahead if you want breakfast to go. They wouldn’t allow you to even take a couple of croissants to go if in hurry and will not refund money paid for breakfast if you are unable to sit in and eat breakfast which by the way is a small room with wait times.

Excellent location with a lot places nearby!

A very enjoyable 3 nights! Maria at the reception gave us a 5 star service! She helped us booked the tickets for the Prado Museo, recommended a delicious Tapas restaurant, and made us feel so welcome! Our room was the Junior Suite. The bed was very comfortable! The rain shower had excellent pressures and very hot water. The continental breakfast was delicious. Right in the heart of downtown. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very good hotel to stay close to all major Madrid sites. Big rooms, with friendly personnel. Maria at front desk was the best. Nice breakfast on site. Located on pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants nearby. Like our stay there and can highly recommend this hotel.
