The only good thing about this hotel was the location. We had a death in the family and tried to cancel but they wouldn’t let us. things got rearranged and we decided to come and stay so we didn’t waste money. Upon our arrival they knew it was our honeymoon. We showed up to walk into a room that felt like 100 degrees. The room was so tiny, furniture was dinged up and dirty, found 2 bugs crawling up the wall and our balcony over looked the roof covered in weeds. They then managed to charge us for another room since it was a slight upgrade. We were getting ready for dinner and on a time crunch and staff knocked on our door and had to come in because my husband took a shower and there was flooding beneath us. I will say the second room was nicer however for the price we paid per night this was frankly all unacceptable. Some compensation should have been offered. Really disappointed I took the last 2 nights of my honeymoon to stay here.

The room is not an actual room : on the side of the property . The pictures and rooms advertised on the website are legit but the room given to us was none of their real hotel rooms. This is a false advertising and when confronted they were not helpful. Room didn’t have air conditioning either we couldn’t breath at night we couldn’t sleep and too late to leave in the middle of the night . We realized we have no choice but wait till morning to leave. Breakfast was also terrible . The buffet was minimal and ridiculous. They had signs on the walls to not take food . A room for almost $600 staying on the side walk would have been more convenient. The bathrooms had no air and smelled awful . They need to be reported and fined to put customers at danger while staying there. This hotel is in violation .

No ac in hotel making it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Switches for lights glow at night and cannot be turned off. Staff was wonderful and kind but would not stay there again.
