Clean, modern, excellent location easy near the OST station. Breakfast was great lovely buffet with hot and cold options. Even had chocolate bunny on Easter Sunday!! Would stay again. Tea/coffee in room, bathroom clean. Room was large and very nicely decorated. Staff friendly, Bar was great too.

The hotel is close to Interlaken ost station, it takes 10-min walk to reach main street and restaurants. My triple room is spacious. You will hear the ringing of church bell even at midnight, but even so, my family could sleep well.

Half of the hotel is in renovation progress. Good location, nice and friendly staffs... since we stays in the best and biggest room (suite), the overall condition is well acceptable. The only complaint is the noise from the church bell in the mid night. It is annoying!!

The room is not clean enough, especially the toilet. The washbasin is plugged up and I can see there is some stains on the curtain. But the apartment is quiet near to the train station and the location is quite good.
