Staff was extremely helpful, the person who checked us in went above and beyond. He helped us with finding the right Trains, and times to leave to make the most of our day at Mt Titlis. We didn't have the right electrical wall adapter for our room and he lent us one at no cost. The place is clean, conveniently right neside the trainstation. Great stay!

This was a great place to stay if you want to explore in and outside of Lucerne! Very close to the train and bus station (7 min walk).

Great hotel

We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon through Switzerland and Italy. Upon arrival we were surprised to see our bed decorated with rose petals and heart shaped towels, along with a card, a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates. Definitely started our trip off on the right foot. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable as well. The location was great, a short 5 minute walk to the train station to make use of the Lucerne visitor card for frequent trips into Lucerne city center.

The breakfast is simple and the same each day, but the room is clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient—just a 10–15 minute walk to the train station. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

For the price, it was not a good deal. Bathroom was very small, no ac in the room.

Overall pretty nice property. Kinda far removed from a lot of things and lots of construction. Staff was all excellent!

Located out of the main centre but within easy walking distance of both a train and bus to the centre . Hotel gave us a free pass for the public transport . Coffee in room was nice but would like a decaff option . Easy underground parking . Good breakfast

A great budget hotel! I did not use their breakfast option as it was an extra fee (I believe it was 10 francs per day) but during my 10 day stay their staff was always hard at work and kept the place clean in spite of our haphazard sloppy in-and-outs. The booking guaranteed a Zone pass where busing and trains are free to use. Going past Luzern/Lucerne to Zürich from here is an expenaive endeavor however. The area around the hotel is under construction and appears to be an upcoming industrial area, and the sidewalks are non existent along parts if you follow the road. There are many restaurants nearby too. My favorite part was the mountain view of Pilatus from the window and the very friendly, incredibly helpful staff.

The shower would go between scalding hot and freezing cold other than this the staff was very kind and the building was very quite.

The property is 5-7 min walk , hidden behind the buildings. Construction is going on in surrounding areas. Hence noise kept coming. Not recommended families. For couples or singles, should not be a problem.

The staff are so rude & unfriendly especially Svetlana. She could not speak English I had to use Google translator. I explained my son had severe eczema & needed special treatment eg: fresh water, cleaning everyday etc. She was so disinterested & refused to give milk for tea etc shocking. The list goes on avoid like a plague & save your money 😡😡😡

Hotel provided transportation for public bus and trains. Mt PILATUS is easy reach.

It's great hotel in this area, great connectivity with main station and have good dining options nearby and not to forget great staff and great hotel/room. I liked this
