Staff was extremely helpful, the person who checked us in went above and beyond. He helped us with finding the right Trains, and times to leave to make the most of our day at Mt Titlis. We didn't have the right electrical wall adapter for our room and he lent us one at no cost. The place is clean, conveniently right neside the trainstation. Great stay!

This was a great place to stay if you want to explore in and outside of Lucerne! Very close to the train and bus station (7 min walk).

The room is quite big and the room settings is good. I love the long table along of the wall, it is very useful for me to place my stuff rather than just put it on a tiny bedside table. And the location is quite good. It is very silence. By walking for 5 mins you can access to the train station to downtown.

是一間離琉森車站，只有兩個火車站的酒店，如果喜歡近大自然的人，是一個不錯的選擇，因接近沒有任何旅行團，適合愛寧靜的市區人。但有車站行回酒店大約需要5至7分鐘，沿途有麥當勞。

酒店位置距離Kriens Mattenhof站很遠，好的是酒店有免費卡出琉森，附近有超市，吃的，但超市收很早，當你走到很累回酒店時開門發現不能開，那一下子實在氣憤，又要去大堂找他們弄過，早餐很普通，不適合中國人口味，全凍吃，只有蛋是熟的，酒店房內非常殘舊，令人很不舒服感覺，不過大堂職員態度和速度很好

The hotel is easily accessed with around 5 mins walk from the station and the room is quite large. We enjoy much for the breakfast. However, there is no kettle provided and that's a bit inconvenience when we would like to have hot water.

性价比不太高的一家酒店，离市区和景点都不太近，但酒店周边的环境还不错，交通不方便，适合自驾的朋友，背包客就算了，酒店有收费的地下停车场，房间还不错，干净、整洁不算小，没有空调，电动百叶窗，卢恩森的晚上还是很凉快的。
