On our way from Tirol to Grindelwald by car, we drop by Luzern as it was right place have rest. Since it was difficult to find a hotel with parking space near the city center, we stayed this hotel and it was good. After chekking in, we went to the old city of Luzern by S-Bahn, only 10 minutes ride. It comes every 15 minutes. The station is about 5 min walk from the hotel.

中心駅ではないですが、駅近であり、仕事で利用しました。ホテルでも仕事をしたかったためWifiが利用できるホテルとして選びましたが、ホテルでは使用できませんでした。 正確に言うと、情報通り無料でホテルのWifiにアクセスするためのパスワード等はもらえました。またWifiも確認しましたが、ブラウザーを開いてもログインするためのページに飛ばずログインできないため、インターネットにアクセスできませんでした。 自分のパソコンの不調も疑いましたが、今回の滞在中同様のシステムで使用する別のWifiは利用できたため、ホテルの物に不備があった可能性を疑っています。 ホテルフロント前にあるPCで、メールチェックなどは出来ましたが、日本語入力できないため、こちらから発信することはできませんでした。 基本的にはホテルのサービスも良く、快適な滞在でしたが、Wifiの件は本当に困りました。

チューリヒに到着後、ルツェルンに移動した日に、まさに寝るだけと割り切って利用。ルツェルン観光スポットからは電車で移動が必要な為遠いが、その分ルツェルン観光エリア付近にあるホテルよりも割安。

This was a great place to stay if you want to explore in and outside of Lucerne! Very close to the train and bus station (7 min walk).

Great hotel

We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon through Switzerland and Italy. Upon arrival we were surprised to see our bed decorated with rose petals and heart shaped towels, along with a card, a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates. Definitely started our trip off on the right foot. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable as well. The location was great, a short 5 minute walk to the train station to make use of the Lucerne visitor card for frequent trips into Lucerne city center.

The breakfast is simple and the same each day, but the room is clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient—just a 10–15 minute walk to the train station. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

It’s a bit over priced. A standard experience

For the price, it was not a good deal. Bathroom was very small, no ac in the room.

Hotel de chaîne, correct. Rapport qualité-prix moyen. Les plus: vue sur la montagne, literie confortable.Gare à 7 mn à pieds. Les moins: peu de prises électriques, une ne fonctionnait pas, et elles sont mal placées pour recharger le téléphone. Quartier industriel sans charme.

Overall pretty nice property. Kinda far removed from a lot of things and lots of construction. Staff was all excellent!

Used the hotel for a 2 day visit to Lucerne. Good location close to train and bus station and with shopping options (grocery). Cheaper than hotels in city centre and train is just 5-10 min to city centre so a good option when visiting Lucerne.
