CityInn Hotel Plus Ximending Branch

Great location, friendly staff. Room is a bit small but doable. Water pressure is good. Location wise, it's close to nightlife, night market, shopping districts and metro station. Would recommend this place!

Good location in Ximending and just outside of the busy area such that it is quiet at night. Literally step outside the metro station exit 3. I thought the price is reasonable, not cheap nor expensive. Room is clean, has strong AC and good WiFi. There’s a common room in the basement with small kitchen and laundry. Staff was courteous and lent us umbrellas for our rainy days in Taipei.

Front desk were polite and courteous. The place was so clean. Although the rooms are small, they are very well planned. They are cleaned everyday. We always come back to a crisp and clean bed. The staff are very responsive. They attend to the needs of the guests promptly. The location is the best - very convenient! It made our first time in Taiwan special.

Location is very convenient as it is near metro station and just opposite exit 3. The staff are very polite and will greet you when you leave and return to hotel. There are free washing machines and dryers services. No breakfast though.

Amazing price and location. Very clean rooms with complimentary wash facilities. Also had free snacks, cup noodles and in room on demand movies.

Conveniently located just across the street from the main Ximending walking street. 3 mins from MRT station. Reception staff excellent: welcoming you everytime you return. Free coffee and chocolate, microwave and oven at B1 for reheating. Self service laundry. Dining area at basement opens 24hours. No breakfast included though. Free cup/bowl noodles available from 10-12pm.

The staff is wonderful - Roy, Justin, Elaine all were wonderful staff. The best hotel in it class. I would definitely visit stay here again.

Super friendly staff! Room was right in front the elevator so there was noise from people right outside my door. There were some loud kids as well. For the price and location it was pretty good.

From the first day to the last it was my privilege to stay with the excellent staff of this property. During my stay the front desk even acknowledged it was my birthday & surprised me with a card & a slice of cake. I was truly touched. Thankyou guys.

The room was very small and cramped for two pax and we hardly had space to open our luggages. We were initially allocated a room at level 6 and was told to change rooms few days later due to their “emergency” maintenance work (unexplained). This has caused a lot of inconvenience to us and other affected residents on the same floor. We were given another room at level 2 which was potentially haunted. We can always hear knocking or things dropping sound coming from the toilet when there is no activity. This happens throughout the night. The sound insulation is also very bad during the day. Will not recommend anyone to stay in such a small and yet potentially haunted hotel given the fees they charged (not cheap).

Good: Location very convenient and staff were very friendly. Daily free cup noodles available for collection from 10pm to 12am. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Bad: Room a bit small (but toilet is too big). There is no wardrobe and insufficient hanger hooks to hang clothes. Free WiFi a bit slow.

Shower is good as the water didn't leak out. Free instant noodles at 10:00pm.

Property is in an excellent location with all types of food stalls within walking distance. MRT is right beside it. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Full amenities provided. Self-service laundry is free. The dining area at the basement is really useful for when we buy street food, can bring it back to eat in comfort. There's free video on demand as well which let us catch up on movies. Only complaint is the pillow as we're used to firm pillows at home. Also not sure about their recycling policies as no separate bin provided. But the room is small, so might be a space issue. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Excellent accomm less than 1 minute walk to Ximen station (gate 3), well placed for access to the local walking district and food offerings. The room we had was a bit small for 2 of us with large suitcases and the walls felt a bit thin but the service from the staff was impeccable. Also free noodles and use of laundry facilities. Recommend this place

Clean with good ammenities. Free laundry service and snacks/drinks available. 5min walk from Taipei Main station with convenience stores nearby. Area of improvement would be noise isolation in the room. Overall good stay experience.
