Clean room. Friendly service!

room was pretty clean. a little small. the staff was very kind

Above all, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing to dislike.

It had Very bad service and management especially for late check in. We arrived mid night due to delayed flight and nobody was there even no emergency or lock box for late arrival.i called twice after we landed in Taipei around 11 pm but nobody answered the phone but the front desk said they waited for us till 12 am . We had to find the other hotel during mid night.

Decent place to stay, very close to a lot of restaurants and small shops. It is kinda close to the metro station which makes it easy to commute around. They serve free toast every day. That was cool.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient, Close to Gongguan MRT Station, University of Taiwan and lots of eateries around. It’s my 2nd stay and it’s a great choice and reasonable priced!!

This was my favourite hotel out of the 4 that i stayed in Asia, as its cute, clean, modern and comfortable. They do provide coffee and toast with a simple topping such as peanut butter. It reminded me of a deluxe hostel as it had bunkbeds but in a way it gave you a little privacy. The rooms are small but the bathroom had all the stuff you required and i enjoyed putting my clothes on the pegs, like we were at kindergarten. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the station and there are loads of eateries nearby so youre spoiled for choice food wise. Ill definitely return when im next in Taipei.

Very nice hotel near MRT Station and restaurants. Clean and very nice staff

Great location by National Taiwan University so there are a lot of students and eateries. Very close to Gongguan Metro Station (Green Line) and it offers an one-time free Taiwanese Thick Toast daily between 7:15am to 10:00pm and you get to choose a mix of flavours so be creative!! They also have BOGO Beer every night between 7-9pm @ 1F Lobby. Fun!

The property is new and clean.

Pros: Very clean room, nice decorations, filtered water fountain on each floor, free laundry, free made to order toast, free pod coffee, close to transportation and small night market. Cons: Our 3 person room was a bit small for 3 people however we made do.

The toast at from 7am to 10pm was a nice surprise and so was the coffee machine in the basement ( great latte). Staff was friendly and helpful. Gongguan night market was perfect for us with multiple vegetarian options within a 5 minute walk and not as overwhelming as the bigger ones. Room was tiny. We could not open a suitcase without being on the bed but didn't spend much time in the room.

Great place

Hotel is new and modern design. Room is a bit small but very comfortable and has everything you need. Bed is very comfy with plenty of different pilllows. There is a nice area at ground floor where you can relax and enjoy free coffee, toast juice and fruit. Every floor has water station and laundry machine are for free! The staff is very friendly and made my stay feeling like at home. Highly recommend - great value for money. Location is great very convenient to explore the city

Very convenient, restaurants,night market, MRT(subway station) all in short walking distance. The staff are very helpful and polite. Free toast, coffee and juice. Room are little bit small and wall are thin. You can hear other people talking at night. Overall this is a good hotel , I stay here for 3 weeks. I recommend this place and will stay here in the future.
