The hotel location is not far from beautiful. Soak a private onsen both outdoors and indoors, but indoor is to separate men and women. Breakfast available quite okay.

Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them.

We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out.

The service is excellent especially the staff at the front desk. The room is too small just bigger than a queen bed. However, the room for the spring bathtub is too big compared with the sleeping area, it is nearly occupies half of the area of the room.

1. 浴室佔了四人房的1/3，是蠻大的，不過就顯得室內小了點。 2. 隔音不太好。 3. 裸湯大眾池在地下室，所以泡了10分鐘就離開，小巧乾淨，但還是覺得房間的池有對外空氣比較舒服。 4. 游泳池其是只能說是戲水池，小小的。 5. 下午茶、早餐樣式口味都推薦。 6. 整體環境是舒服的。

I stayed in this property 4-5 years ago and I found it quite ok last time. For this stay, I was quite disappointed as the room was dated and along the windows were full of black marks of mould. It looks horrible. Also, the layout of the 2-bed Japanese room wasted a lot of space. Bedroom area is small and not practical in use. I definitely won’t stay in this hotel again.
