Resort One Hotel

Great Breakfast! and nutritious. Spa is very well cleaned. I like the selection of hot spring pools.

This hotel is a little bit of a bait and switch. It’s actually connected to the art spa hotel next door where the spa and bath is located. The hotel itself is very old and needs updating. The rooms are large, but the bathrooms have the large tub for the hot spring water, but they are not updated and not particularly convenient. The hotel itself smells musty and a little outdated really could use a refresh. The best part was the staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Spacious room, and interior of property is quite well maintained for an old building. Staff is approachable. Most importantly, we really enjoy the in-room hot tub and comfy bed.

We love this hotel, it has great spa facilities and nice rooms, good customer service, and very clean and safe, quiet rooms. The only thing we want to point out is that the hotel is a bit old, some facilities were not working, eg, safe deposit box. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back.

The hotel is centrally located, but many of the photos are old, or of their sister property the Art Spa hotel. There was a weird smell in the room the entire time (and the smells got worse) and there was black mold in the bathtubs. The hotel was probably once nice, but is not kept well and is super outdated. The towels were uncomfortable, and the staff were not very helpful. Their suggested things to do in the area were faded photocopies of photocopies, and only in Mandarin. The noise pollution was also awful. We were at the top floor, and could hear literally everything happening at the street level, and at the adjacent rooms.

This hotel is a fun place to stay. There’s a good amount of signage in English too. It was a good chance to practice my Chinese with the very friendly staff. I picked here because of the water spa which is technically attached to Art Spa hotel. Same company-two hotels-two buildings next to each other. You get 2 initial water spa tickets. There’s even a water slide! Check with them first because 2 days a month, it’s shut down for cleaning. I spent a lot of time relaxing in all the hot tubs and jet pools. I didn’t mind that everyone walking on the side street or sitting on their busses could see me relaxing in the pools. The hotel is just steps away from the train station. Learn the name in Chinese because I don’t think anybody there calls it Resort 1. Inside the rooms are nice heavy wooden furniture, comfortable bed and hot spring tub. I didn’t eat any of the breakfast because it was all traditional Chinese cuisine with little to no western alternatives. Also, I couldn’t read the Chinese descriptions. Overall, I had a good time. Very family friendly.

lovely spa and hot springs children waterpark. The waterslide was a hoot. the hotpot place nearby left going out left side across the street called second third ( er san) was fabulous. right next to the train station. awesome.

The room was very noisy from the motor of water-pump and water pipesline at the night, we couldn’t have good rest at all!

This hotel is close to bus stop and train station with food shop and seven-elevent near by. The staff are nice and the breakfast is just ok. The thing l like most is the outdoor spa. lt has different kinds of massage spa from the top of body to the bottom. And all the degree of the outside spa is around 35-40 which makes us very relax.

Overall is good but a little pricy -- may be due to Saturday and Sunday stay at top floor. Hotel is around 3 minutes walk from train station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Provided unlimited free access to their waterpark. Spacious bathroom with Hot Spring Water (Claimed).

Room space seems quite small But facilities are good,not only inside and even outside.

一間懷舊感很足夠的房間，職員很有禮貌，温泉設施非常好，附近有很多美食，出行又方便。地震前一刻都好期待計劃下一次再去。

食住服務和設施都很好。

溫泉戲水區也很不錯

早餐的選擇品項太少，補菜速度太慢，菜色有待加強。

What I really liked was the the room with a private hot and cold tub and the breakfast buffet!! Unfortunately I was staying while the hotel is clearly being renovated, so I didn’t know that the fitness room was gonna be closed. Which was sad because I was planning to do a workout. The general spa area offers some nice experiences for hot springs and it’s great for kids, too. Is it better than public hot springs in Jiaoxi? No. Everything is definitely older than I thought it would be based on the photos. I would’ve been fine with all of this, but the price was definitely too high given the caveats.

基本上是衝著溫泉設施來的，住宿的地方比較舊，但也還舒適。位置在礁溪大街上，吃喝都很方便。比較遺憾的是我要在門口暫停卸行李時被一台車擋住車道，打電話請職員幫忙，通常應該至少可以去跟車主協調一下，但他只跟我說他也沒辦法.......下次應該會選擇旁邊的中冠，至少停車場就在大門對面，離設施也近，看起來是同一個老闆
