We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay in Chatrium. The staff are accomodating. The river view is breathtaking. They gave us a welcome drink which is sweet. The pool is nice, overlooking the river as well. Breakfast is good too. We will book the same hotel the next time we come back.

We truly enjoyed the amazing view of the river and skyline of the city from our room on the 25 floor, with floor to ceiling glass. Absolutely awesome deck to sit, anytime of the day. The breakfast buffet was amzing also! No regrets staying here.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating - we were traveling with a baby and were provided with a baby "cot" (crib) and bathing tub. Our suite included a fully appointed kitchen with complimentary beverages and the facility has eco-friendly practices regarding sheets & linens and rubbish. My only suggestion is add box of tissues to 2nd bedroom. The river front of the property has beautiful gardens and the hotel's own Water Shuttle boat (large: seats 70) which runs regularly to 3 main river piers - each with walkable attractions and adjacent public transportation. We had Club membership = free breakfast served in the 1st Floor restaurant with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, extensive variety of traditional breakfast foods, underscore extensive, and a huge buffet of Thai food. Also included was all day access to the 36th Floor Lounge which had bar service, tea & canapés at 2 pm and cocktails & hors d'oeuvres at 5 pm). We actually made a dinner of it! Amazing! The outdoor pool is beautiful and overlooks the Chao Phraya river from 6 floors up. My only issue here is that the whirlpool is not heated. There is a fitness gym with well appointed locker rooms & saunas. The location of the hotel is great - right next to an international school (ages 3 - 18): lots of fun watching the uniform-clad students using the water shuttle to commute to/from school. Asiatique is just a few blocks down the road - go at night to see the Ferris wheel lights up close! Will be going back!!!
