We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay in Chatrium. The staff are accomodating. The river view is breathtaking. They gave us a welcome drink which is sweet. The pool is nice, overlooking the river as well. Breakfast is good too. We will book the same hotel the next time we come back.

Location of the Hotel on the Riverside, proximity to Asiatique mall as well as ikon Siam are a plus. Hotel provide Boat has limited to & fro availability certain times of the day. Clean rooms , well rounded breakfast menu & professional Thai hospitality from staff are a plus. In all it is good value for money spent.

WHAT A TREAT! We stayed in a suite on the 27th floor. The view over the river was stunning! The room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff most helpful and kind in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was endless with so many options and cuisines to choose from that it was hard to not overeat. The hotel's river boat shuttle goes a short way up river with one stop at the transportation hub and one stop at a very large upscale shopping mall. We loved the hotel's cuisine on our first day and enjoyed the French pastry shop in the atrium.

The entrance to the hotel was impressive, and we were greeted with a warm and respectful welcome. Thai hospitality and culture are truly exceptional, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was amazing, with an excellent variety of Asian, Indian, and American dishes to suit different tastes. Everything was well prepared and delicious. The only small improvement I would suggest is providing coffee stirrers for guests. Other than that, our experience was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.

Everything was excellent the staff was very accommodating and helpful and KIND. We would suggest to keep some dish soap / sponge at the sink in the kitchen floors could be cleaner. We really appreciated the complimentary drinks / snacks, complimentary early check in and late checkout. Very helpful at every step. We asked for laundry and it came back very quickly. We enjoyed it a lot. Bed was comfortable. Thank you so much.

We were booked on high floor with excellent Chao Praya riverside view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay and it was very good. Rooms are huge with kitchen. Only drawback i can think of is the water pressure for shower is a little low. Other than that I highly recommend the Chatrium and looking forward to our next stay.

Great amount of space. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with river view, and paid for an extra roll away bed to accommodate our family of five. Nice to be able to order room service, both Thai and Western food. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff were wonderful, and the hotel was clean.

Was blown away by the staff at Chatrium. I arrived after a tough travel day by Kamon. She was wonderfully pleasant and kind. I was nicely given a room upgrade and staff brought bags to my room. Throughout the next few nights, staff provided turndown service, room cleaning, help from concierge, etc. Following a nasty storm and loss of power, Ruiyin went above and beyond to compensate for the rough night as well as allowed for a late check-out after flight issues upon departure. For the price point, I was amazed at the care by the staff. Room was great. Pool is great. Breakfast is fantastic. I will be back.

What a wonderful hotel to start our time in Thailand!! I had set up airport transportation before arriving which made getting to the hotel super easy. Upon arrival we were greeted and immediately taken up stairs to check in at the club with a welcome drink (we had booked a club level room). Our room had an amazing view of the river and was welcoming and roomy. The club staff made our experience more than we could have hoped! We told Riya that our daughter was gluten free and they remembered and made special arrangements with the chef to keep her dietary restrictions in mind. Tea time at the club was stellar and so far has not been beat by other hotels we have stayed at. Thank you to Riya, Kathy, Kitty and Bunny for making our experience so stellar!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!
