Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

Very nice

We were not impressed with the room despite it being an upgrade. We were not greeted with warmth nor hospitality. Our friends were offered refreshments (drinks) and nice seating whereas we were left to sit with other folks. It was a huge differences in how our friends were welcomed compared to us.

I stay here every single year. I always get upgraded to a bigger room and better view than the year before. River taxi is very convenient. Takes us right to icon Siam mall or right to the train station. Staff is unbelievable. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend staying here

Everything was amazing from the service to our gorgeous 2 bed suite!! Balcony with a view was awesome! Breakfast was out of this world! Swimming pool area was great too and the kids loved it after a sweaty day in Bangkok!

We have been traveling for a month, and this was by far the nicest room and most comfortable bed we had. Beautiful property and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here at this hotel twice and both times the front Dess receptionist gentleman name Nui Is very welcoming and professional and he is there to make customers happy so thank you for your kindness and your gentle smile and great job Management

Stay here on two occasions, and the first impression was excellent with front desk receptionist gentleman name Nui Was such a professional and kind and accommodating that made it pleasant, and I got a room, and it was very spacious and clean and the service at the property was very kind and welcoming and everybody had smile so great job with the management and I highly recommend this place because of the location and the riverboat and the great service so keep up the great work and thank you and I’ll be back soon

The property was beautiful and centrally located. They also had a free boat shuttle and the buffet breakfast was great and had a lot of options.

Another fabulous stay at the Chatrium hotel, out of the 3 weeks we travelled around Thailand this was the best hotel. Stunning view of Bangkok and we couldn’t fault our stay. We will return again in the future!

Chatrium remains my overall favorite hotel in the world. That's a combination of large, well-designed rooms, decent prices, the best bedding I've slept in, balconies with great breezes and warm and helpful staff. There were a few bumps in the process this time around that brought the experience down somewhat: India blocked my plane because I did not go to one of the entry points on my entry visa, which meant I went back to Chatrium after checking out to extend my stay for a few days. I was told I was being sent to the same room, but was sent to a room that was quite different. It became annoying that I could not understand the person on the phone and they could not understand me, so it really would be nice if the switch board person was fluent in several languages. The tub overflowed and water was all over the floor flooding the carpet and the operator could not grasp what was happening or respond urgently so I went into the store room myself and grabbed ten towels so the floor below me would not have a dripping ceiling.
