The staff was very kind and professional. There was so much that stood out as excellent. check in was fast. I was surprised at a few simple points for all the big amazing presentation. Smart eco choice for halls with no air con. No hand soap in bathroom, was told had to “ask” for it. I would assume cleanliness after using facilities would be essential. Asked for staff to assist with air con 4 times, we were only there overnight but no one ever came. Bed was very comfy. Pillows perfect, 2 per person. I’m a medium size woman “8” and the robes were both too small for me, but nice touch (again considering no hand soap but useless robes). Loved the sliding bathroom door. Large mirrors. View was gorgeous overlooking water (river/lagoon?). The food at Riva was beautiful, not very tasty, I mean naturally. Only had dinner there. Tried several dishes. Stir fried rice was bland. Not much natural flavor of the food. Somewhat bland on flavor, muscles were tough. Shrimp rolls were different, only ground shrimp, no vegetables in the mix, but nice light crispy roll. One (1) scallop in a scallop dish, the pappardelle sauce was amazing though. Tried the pizza, it was interesting, nice crispy crust but cold when brought out, cheese is not tasty cold. Breakfast was great. Lots of tasty freshly prepared options. The pool was super refreshing. The workout room was more than adequate and beautiful view. Overall we would stay again for sure. Probably just eat somewhere else.

ดีหมดตั้งแต่เข้ารร แต่สุดท้ายตอนเช็คอินโทมาเร่งทั้งๆที่กำลังขนของออกไปอยู่กระเป๋าเรา4ใบมา2คนก็ต้องใช้เวลาในการขนหน่อยเลยเรทไปประมาณ10นาที พนงบอกต้องรีบเช็คออกเพราะห้องเต็ม โอเคเราเข้าใจได้ พอถึงล้อบบี้เราก็รีบไปคืนคีย์การ์ดทันที ฟ้อนบอกว่าไปนั่งรอ5นาที แม่บ้านต้องเช็คห้อง เราก็ไปนั่งรอ รอไปเกือบครึ่งชม! พนงก็ยังไม่เรียก เราเลยเดินไปถามเช็คยังไม่เสร็จหรอคะ พนงหัวเราะบอกว่าเสร็จนานแล้วค่ะ พอดีไม่เห็นลูกค้านั่งอยู่ เสาบัง? ว้อท?! นี้คือเหตุผลหรอ? คือคุณควรเดินมาหาเรามั้ยไม่ก็เรียกเรา เราก็ไม่ได้นั่งไกลเลยจากเค้าเตอร์ฟ้อนเลย เสียความรู้สึกมาก ทำเสียเวลาไปเกือบครึ่งชม ฝากตำหนิหน่อยนะคะ แย่มาก

ในห้องไม่เรียบร้อย ที่นอนเจอเส้นผม แล้ว ที่ไม่โอเคเลย คือ เจอ คราบประจำเดือน แสดงว่า โรงแรม ไม่ใสใจ ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าหรือยังไง ที่จอดรถ กลางแจ้ง ลำบากเวลา ฝนตก นั่นสิ ใต้อาคารก็มี ค่ะ แต่รับรองไว้น้อยไป ขอไม่แปะรูปนะคะ บรรยากาศโรงแรมสบายคะ โปร่งดี

Booked a room for relatives on Oct. 26, but because one room, the school probably forgot to prepare towels (for 2 people per room, reserved 2 rooms). Our parents went up to send relatives as well. I want to see the room as well. because the school is very beautiful So we called to ask for towels at the front, but hey, the staff in front of the front said that they saw that up to 6 people, they were watching the CCTV. Our aunt replied that we are staying in a room for 2 people, a total of 4, as booked, but I see that it goes up to 6 because the other 2 people just came up and delivered. Didn't stay with (it's my parents) The point is, you said you looked at the CCTV. Rei saw that there were 6 of us. We didn't feel very well. You can see it's a duty. but keeping customers And the customer's feelings are not less important. Not angry for forgetting to put towels in the room because We had a sudden change of room. From a single room to a double bed But it hurts that you see us playing dishonestly and secretly taking a break. You don't have to explain your work in detail to your customers. But the use of words is important. Our hearts and customers' hearts are preserved a little. It's a bit long, but you need to know.

Great stay at the only 5-star resort in Songkhla! The rooms were comfortable, and the food at The Riva Restaurant was delicious! The staff were really friendly. I enjoyed the Thai massage at Panta Spa too. Nice facilities such as swimming pool and gym.

จองไปเป็นผู้ใหญ่ 3 ท่าน แต่เช็คอินเข้าพัก ได้ 1 เตียงใหญ่ ไม่มีเตียงเสริมให้ ผ้าเช็ดตัว อุปกรณ์ใช้ในห้องน้ำ เป็นสำหรับ 2 ท่าน ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่อเหม็น แม่บ้านมาจัดการให้วันที่สองก็ดีขึ้นหน่อย เข้าห้องพักคืนที่สอง คีย์การ์ดเข้าห้องใช้ไม่ได้ พนักงานบอกต้องไป activate ใหม่ ได้ยืนรอหน้าห้องสักพักถึงมีพนักงานเอาคีย์การ์ดใหม่มาให้ค่ะ

เหมาะที่จะมาพักผ่อน เป็นโรงแรมที่เปิดใหม่เพียง 2 สัปดาห์ ดีทุกกระเบียดนิ้ว มีความสะอาดมาก ครับ ทั้งสระน้ำ เซาน่า ฟิตเนส แต่ วันเสาร์ที่ไป แขกค่อนข้างมาก ห้องอาหาร จะค่อนข้างวุ่น อาจจะไม่ทันใจ เพราะแขกมารับประทานอาหารเช้า และ ค่ำเยอะมากครับ สระน้ำก็แน่นครับ พนักงานน่ารักทุกคนเลย วิวท้องทุ่ง ลากูน แหล่งน้ำสวย ได้เห็นทะเลทั้งสองของสงขลาที่ทอดสุดลูกหูลูกตามีเกาะและทิวเขาฝั่งเขาแดง ฝังแหลมสน และ ฝั่งสงขลาบ่อยาง ไว้จะกลับไปเที่ยวใหมีครับ
