The lobby is so comfortable, they provide weights in the lobby so you can weigh your suitcase. The bedroom is clean and so comfortable too. The hotel location is so strategic, near Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. You can walk just 10-15 minutes. This hotel is also near BTS Phaya Thai, so if you want to stroll around Bangkok with BTS, this is so close. Would definitely come back to this hotel again when I’m back to Bangkok. Love it!

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a very good experience. The service was excellent and the room was extremely clean. Housekeeping is available upon request if you would like your room to be made up. The room includes a mini fridge, and the hotel provides plenty of drinking water. There is also a free water refill station in the lobby where you can refill your bottle anytime. The staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

Outstanding for the hotel services as I extended my stay to another 7 days. All the staffs are well trained & polite. They extend help wherever they can. The rooms are clean, satisfactory. The cleaners are helpful when you need extra toiletry items. Wonderful to stay over and coming back on 20 to 21 March before leaving for airport on 22 March. The staffs like Mr. Apicha (Supervisor) & Miss Junharat are outstanding in their services.

The hotel is right at the foot of BTS so it's very convenient to move around, the room has a view of the train, right next to the market so it's quite busy. The downside is that there is no elevator so if you bring a lot of things it will be quite inconvenient, the room is also quite small. The staff is nice and enthusiastic, the quality of service and room compared to the price is quite okay. Will consider coming back next time!

The bathroom is large, the rain shower has good water pressure, is clean and has a beautiful view of the tall buildings. The fitness center and swimming pool are also good. It is near 7-11, so it is very easy to find food. There is Starbucks, Amazon, pizza, and a simple noodle shop.

My go-to place to stay every time I visit Bangkok. Close to Phaya Thai BTS station and a major 7-Eleven. Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, Big C Ratchadamri, and Central World are within walking distance. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and there's an elevator and a large lobby with scales. Friendly staff and a 24-hour front desk. Very competitive rates.

The stay at Vix Bangkok Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. The room was clean, fully equipped and had large windows overlooking the city, creating a very comfortable feeling. The receptionist was friendly, helped me check in quickly and also suggested many nearby attractions. Although I did not use breakfast at the hotel, the surrounding area had many delicious and easy-to-find restaurants. What I like most is the hotel's very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from BTS Victory Monument station, making it easy to get to shopping centers such as Siam Paragon or Chatuchak market. With such reasonable price and service, I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back if I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again.

Four days in Bangkok felt even better staying at Cubic Pratunam Hotel. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. It’s just a short walk to Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall, which made shopping incredibly easy. Even places like CentralWorld and the city center are still within walking distance, so exploring Bangkok felt very effortless. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always helpful whenever needed. The room was clean and tidy, which made the stay feel relaxing after long days out in the city. Small details also made a difference—the air conditioning was cold and worked perfectly, and the hot water in the shower was strong and consistent, which was really nice after walking around Bangkok all day. Overall, Cubic Pratunam Hotel is a great and convenient place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the Pratunam shopping area while still being able to walk easily to many places in central Bangkok.
