The place is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Even though it’s located a bit inside an alley, the road is wide enough for Grab cars to pass through. A short walk takes you to a 7-Eleven and the busy Pratunam market area. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is clean. We had an issue during our stay, but they helped us very well. They also provide a van service from the hotel to the airport, both DMK and BKK. Staying here was truly the right choice.

Outstanding for the hotel services as I extended my stay to another 7 days. All the staffs are well trained & polite. They extend help wherever they can. The rooms are clean, satisfactory. The cleaners are helpful when you need extra toiletry items. Wonderful to stay over and coming back on 20 to 21 March before leaving for airport on 22 March. The staffs like Mr. Apicha (Supervisor) & Miss Junharat are outstanding in their services.

The stay at Vix Bangkok Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. The room was clean, fully equipped and had large windows overlooking the city, creating a very comfortable feeling. The receptionist was friendly, helped me check in quickly and also suggested many nearby attractions. Although I did not use breakfast at the hotel, the surrounding area had many delicious and easy-to-find restaurants. What I like most is the hotel's very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from BTS Victory Monument station, making it easy to get to shopping centers such as Siam Paragon or Chatuchak market. With such reasonable price and service, I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back if I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again.

The accommodation is worth more than the price, clean, the wardrobe is very large, there is a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, and even a microwave. The bathroom is large, the rain shower has good water pressure, is clean and has a beautiful view of the tall buildings. The fitness center and swimming pool are also good. It is near 7-11, so it is very easy to find food. There is Starbucks, Amazon, pizza, and a simple noodle shop.

The location is super strategic! Right in front of BTS Victory Monument, making it very easy to get around. There’s a 7-Eleven and Starbucks right next to the hotel, so finding food and drinks is very convenient. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. The hotel is located in an alley, about 10 minutes from the market area, quiet residential area, with buggy transport to places such as Pratunam Market, platinum mall, shortcut to Phaya Thai BTS (but still need to walk about 300m more to get there). At the entrance to the station, the shortcut is gravel, so pushing the suitcase is a bit awkward). Good service, clean, room cleaning needs to be hung up to be cleaned, hotel is not noisy. Friendly employee.

This hotel is located very close to pratunam market. Vehicles can be difficult to get you exactly in front of hotel because small road. But you can walk not far from available drop off spot nearby. The receptionist was friendly and i got checked in quickly. The lobby area are kinda small, full with stuffs, but i don't mind just go straight to lift. I spent 4 nights at room 8402. The room is clean and they tidy the room everyday. The room also has TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, towel, and mineral water. They give new mineral water also everyday. The bathroom also clean, smells good with refreshner. There are cold/hot shower, bidet, soap and shampoo. No ants or cockroaches like some review said. Excellent!
