I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tori Crown Hotel! I contacted the team to help arrange a surprise birthday decoration and a cake for my girlfriend’s 25th birthday, and they exceeded all expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and swan towels, and the cake was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made our celebration truly special. This hotel is located very close to pratunam market. Vehicles can be difficult to get you exactly in front of hotel because small road. But you can walk not far from available drop off spot nearby. The receptionist was friendly and i got checked in quickly. The lobby area are kinda small, full with stuffs, but i don't mind just go straight to lift. I spent 4 nights at room 8402. The room is clean and they tidy the room everyday. The room also has TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, towel, and mineral water. They give new mineral water also everyday. The bathroom also clean, smells good with refreshner. There are cold/hot shower, bidet, soap and shampoo. No ants or cockroaches like some review said. Excellent!

Every time I go to Bangkok, I always stay at Baiyoke Sky. It's very strategic, just go down the stairs and you're in front of the Pratunam morning market and night market. On the left side, there are also many massage places and 7-Eleven. The breakfast menu is also delicious, the service is also friendly, and the room is clean. Every day, 4 bottles of drinking water are added.

All is good. I want to highlight the great laundry services, which they did ahead of time with excellent quality. One of the greatest points is when the laundry takes care of details such as replacing missing buttons. It is the result of detail and high-quality control. Thank you, surely Novotel is my first option because of this.

I love this hotel. It's very nearby from many tourist places such as a mall or restaurant. There's a Lawson in the hotel, so we can easily buy anything, including souvenirs there. There's also a Seven Eleven next to it. The hotel lobby was very nice. I guess it has just been renovated. I came in October, and there's a Halloween decor which is super cute ❤️ The room is very spacious and clean. There's a bathtub. Worth the price! All of the staff is friendly and helpful.
