The property is outdated. The staff is friendly the manager Tonya was an amazing human being that made our stay worth it. I think people go there for the restaurants not for the rooms. They are very outdated and smell. Our shower was not draining properly but staff handled it right away. The hospitals of the staff is sincerely heartwarming and can make up for the property’s condition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. River view from the room and the sky bar were gorgeous. The facilities were great, sizable pool and gyms with various equipments.The door lock and light switches were a bit out dated. We were surprised to see a small roach in the room. The breakfast was beyond excellent though. I would come back for staff and the breakfast.

Always a great and memorable stay!!! Property decor/rooms/lounge/restaurants and views are awesome. Hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. Has been my go to hotel in BKK for many years due to the great bars but this time found them so overpriced, minimum of $300 for a bottle of wine and $56 for a single cocktail. Hotel is great but not much in walking distance but before the hotel bars made up for it. Next time I’d try a new hotel

Most of the staff were amazing. The hotel was clean and the views surreal. The breakfast buffet options were superb they had something for everyone all ethnicities were considered. Overall experience was great.
