My husband and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary at Lebua at State Tower and had a beautiful cake, the most delicious chocolates and fruit deliver to our room as a gift. The room was spacious, quiet and had a wonderful river view. The shower had awesome water pressure and the tub was perfect. The TV channels were great as they had quite a few movies in English for free on the menu.
The hotel location is great and walking distance to IconSiam Mall with a 10 baht per person water taxi. Lots of great restaurants in the area as well as spas and shopping. The ride to the airport was approximately 30 minutes in the early morning.

The pool was quite small for the size of the hotel, and the gym felt dated and in need of an upgrade. That said, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous and smiling. I personally wouldn’t stay again, but that’s mainly because I prefer a quieter hotel with gardens and a larger ground floor pool area.
The sky bar was amazing, the drinks were on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it for the overall experience.

Disappointed that our room was not ready at 2.00 pm check-in time. For a 5 Star rated hotel the room was tired and in need of updating. The 'Please Clean Room' and 'Do Not Disturb' buttons did not work. We came back early evening and had to request to have the room cleaned. On the upside we could not fault the Staff they were very courteous and helpful. The location is ideal for sightseeing and the view from our balcony was lovely. Food and service at the Tower Club Lounge excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. My only concern was the rooftop bars — none of the bartenders were able to describe the wine notes or clarify whether the wines were sweet or dry. Given that the price per glass was higher than many New York City bars, I would expect the staff to be knowledgeable or at least make an effort to explain the options. Overall, it was a good stay, but that aspect was disappointing.
