Dear Lebua team.
Our trip was meant to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with a revisit to Koh Samui and an exhibition in Bangkok, staying at the Lebua Hotel. However, my wife suffered a serious back injury while riding a motorbike, and we checked into Lebua under difficult circumstances. The check-in process was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to sit in the lobby instead of standing at a desk, and we greatly appreciated the room upgrade.
Unfortunately, my wife’s condition worsened, prompting us to cancel the rest of our plans and reschedule our flight for the following day. The front desk initially informed us that a refund was not possible since we booked through a travel agency. However, the next day, Front Office Manager Ms. Thanyamon Songmuaeng called to check on my wife and generously arranged a refund. She also had room service deliver food since my wife couldn’t walk.
During checkout, the hotel provided a wheelchair, making our departure much smoother. At the airport, Mr. Ronnie from Lebua was already waiting with another wheelchair, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Upon returning to Korea, my wife received emergency medical care and is now recovering.
I am deeply grateful to Lebua Hotel, Ms. Tanya, and Mr. Ronnie for their kindness. I sincerely hope to meet them again on my next visit to Bangkok. Wishing them good health always!

This hotel is in need of renovations. The paint on the balconies is chipped. I stayed in two different rooms. I was transferred from the first because of renovation noise from the next room. Both rooms I stayed at are worn. The bathroom floor is chipped in many places. The wood floor is scratched and should be resurfaced. The cabinets near the handle pulls are worn. The gym is small with old equipment. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is very good.The price is good for what you get.

This property is 10 out of 10. Beautiful hotel, spacious and super clean rooms. Personnel is friendly, respectful, professional and welcoming. Restaurants are really good, wished they had more variation but you will definitely eat something they offer, not sure for a kids friendly menu as I did not travel with children. I high recommend and will surely be returning to Lebua.

We loved our stay at Lebua, we were lucky enough to have a suite which included lounge access and breakfast. Breakfast had a wonderful variety every day and each evening we enjoyed a wine and afternoon snacks in the club lounge. It was a nice way to watch afternoon storms rolling in.
The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable, including packing a huge breakfast box for us on our last day as we had an early check out.
A good way to get around the city is a day pass from the boat depot around 500m away, for 300 baht you can get an all day hop on and off pass to see the sights. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

While the rooms may be a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment, they are spacious, clean, and conveniently set-up. The view from the balcony is stunning! Hotel staff is pleasant and professional. It is a great place from which to visit the city!

I stayed for 4 nights. It was amazing, off-season pricing made this only about $100 a night. I can’t imagine a better hotel in the world at that price. The staff, restaurants (a little pricey, but they are Michelin star ) just everything was incredible.
