Everything about this property was spectacular. The staff was so kind and so friendly. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The room was completely clean, spacious and lovely. Every single person that we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Overall, it was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. I could not recommend it more highly.

Great stay the Mandarava!! Rooms were very spacious, clean, and nice. Views spectacular. Pools were awesome and many to choose from. Restaurants and food were very good. Resort in walking distance to beach with a shuttle also provided. Staff was fantastic!! And the spa was very impressive also.

We spent 5 nights here and on arrival were upgraded from Sea Fan Deluxe to a Coral room. This was right at the top of the resort by the banana pool. Room 6202. The coconut pool was also closer by but we preferred the banana as it was so much quieter with a nice sunbed area. Buggies to get around the resort are great as it is very steep and a long walk without. Rooms were great size, good bathroom and stunning sea views. Staff are super helpful and the resort is really well maintained. Great location with 5 minute walk into Karon

Staff: accommodating and hospitable Amenities: I utilized the Spa, 3-day package. I had Tik, I always left feeling so relaxed Room: I had a Tropical room not too far from the main lobby which was great. Be prepared to walk in this hotel, I would say that’s its major downfall alongside some areas that could use renovating Food: breakfast had its standard American items, mixed with cultural dishes which was nice to have some variety. Dinner and room service was great with the choices of Thai food or American style cuisines

Loved our stay at Mandarava. Would stay again in a heart beat! Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds and beautiful staff. Good location, generous amenities. Lots of hills and steps but there’s a brilliant 24/7 shuttle service to get around the hotel should you need it.

Excellent hotel and staff, very clean, food was excellent. Quite steep in parts for an elderly person but can call the operator for transport around the hotel area.
