We were booked for the 2 bedroom unit for a family but it did not mention that it was on the ground floor. Neither we can choose the floor online. So it was the ground floor room, but cold and mosquitoes which does not suit for little babies. Overall good.

when I arrived i tried used toilet, but 3 of toilet in lobby were clogged. for resort that so inappropriate. and the room when i check in many mosquitos inside the duvet cover, for room cleaning i found my parfum was moved. and they only clean my bed only after i stay.

Arrived onto a quiet gated lagoon Marina. A great location plot away from the bustle of Phuket. You can stroll around the neighbourhood - playing pickleball then a walk into the villa market. Can also call to get it picked up by the hotel carts. Really responsive too.
