The room I got was small and very damp inside. It wasn't tiled, so walking around the room felt wet underfoot. I wasn't very impressed. I paid over 4,000 baht for the room on a weekend, but the cleanliness and luxury weren't worth the price.

Not quite impressive. First, I got the Club Suit room at the back Bldg. With not a good view. When trying to take a good hot bath tub after a long ride, the hot tap is too lose that I could not run the water. So, need to ask the maintenance staff to fix it. At the bedtime, I could not sleep as well because the air condition was too noisy that I had to complain. The manager offered me to upgrade the room, so I had to shifted the room at the middle of the night. Again the upgraded room also had a problem of clogged sink & no hot water (only the warm water set for both shower & bath). Beside, the what so-called upgrade room is better for ocean view only (with less noise from air condition) but has smaller size, no living room area (same as a studio type room). Also, the staffs seem to be well-trained with service mind though unable to slove problem of ridiculous hotel condition.

Stay for a long holiday Have many customers Very long queue. Check-in time is 4 hours. Check-in time is 2 pm, but the room at 6 pm makes the facility not fully used. Premium pool access is possible for a short while. Ask staff to inform that because some customers check out late but the main problem is that there are not enough housekeepers. Causing the room to not be cleaned in time When the room is not clean as it should be. The floor has sandy debris. The bathroom has water. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, 1 piece per piece. No hair dryer! The doormat has black marks. The pool is dirty. When people play in the water, it is clearly turbid. The exterior of the building became shabby. Did not repaint Pity myself for saving money. Intend to contribute here again Since he had been impressed by the centara era The selected room is not a cheap room. But received an item that was not worth the price But still better than other customers who get some leaks The room is not accessible. Over and over there But we try not to think too much And will notify the staff without knowing. Feedback will reach management level. And is it fixed or not? Pity the housekeeper and repairman who would be very tired. The most pity is the front desk staff who have to wait in front of dissatisfied customers. Being cursed and pressured in front of other customers But would like to praise the strong encouragement And didn't frown first To the utmost service as far as possible The overall image is punishable by management level. That is unable to prepare for the long holiday situation Actually, it's not very long. Just Saturday, Sunday, Monday For the staff, the car park, luggage and the restaurant are smiling.
