The Tama Hotel (SHA Plus+)

I recently stayed at The Tama Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The hospitality extended to me during my stay was truly outstanding. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive to my needs. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay, I felt genuinely valued as a guest. The room was immaculate & any requests I had were promptly addressed. I arrive at 9 & can't check in early. Even so, the receptionist gave suggestions of places and activities we could do while waiting for 2 pm from hotel to attractions area (Ao Nang Beach) need to take Tuktuk - 300B for 1 way. The attention to detail and genuine care for guest satisfaction make this hotel a top choice for anyone seeking a wonderful hospitality experience. I highly recommend The Tama Hotel for its exceptional service.

I did last minutes booking but didn't expect the hotel room is worth more than I paid. That room is clean, hotel 's staff super helpful and space is big.

Located in Ao Nammao, away from the busy Ao Nang - but still have free shuttle service. Room is spacious, breakfast is good. The area is Muslim friendly, halal food is everywhere.

First and foremost, I am impressed with Panan’s hospitality. All of the staffs were helpful and fast response. Panan also upgraded my room, so it added Panan’s point to me. Definitely, would come back to stay at Panan if I come visit Krabi again.

The environment was nice and comfortable. Also, the room is big.

The hotel is perfect for a middle age couple like us. The architectural of the building is awesome. Once we step in the building, we were intrigue by the interior decoration of the lobby. Not so noisy as the hotel is far from the hectic beach side. Even though the hotel far from beach but it takes only 10-15 min. to Ao Nang Beach by our rented motorbike from the hotel. It is very convenient as we could rent a motorbike at the hotel itself. The hotel location is in a middle of Krabi Town & Ao Nang Beach. Quite convenient as we could go to Night Market just in front of the hotel. And there are 2 or 3 convenience store near to the hotel. The best part is the hotel have a coffee cafe too, just in front of the hotel at the entrance. Only that disappointed us was, on our 2nd day the reception asked for our motorbike key after we just back from Emerald Pool, she said just to check on the motorbike as we use it to go to Emerald Pool was quite far from the hotel which takes about 3 hours to & fro. In the afternoon once we wanted to go to Ao Nang to have our dinner, we found that the motorbike indication fuel bar became less than quarter, we filled full on the way to Emerald Pool & the fuel still got more than half when we arrive the hotel. We asked the reception & seems they do not want to be responsible for it. After I asked a lot of questions (maybe they feel annoyed), they agree to refill in the fuel. Just be extra careful when they asked for your motorbike key & said that they want to check on your motorbike when you are still renting it, I suggest this advise goes to any hotels. For breakfast, we bought the room including with breakfast. We found that they served the breakfast by order. They do not have buffet for breakfast on weekdays. We just have to asked what are they serving for breakfast, and the restaurant bar tender will hand you a breakfast menu for you to choose from. They served breakfast on weekends only. Maybe because its not a peak season. Anyway, this hotel is good to stay & we will for sure to stay again in this hotel whenever we travel to Krabi.

Soo good! Worth the price The hospitality was good too I was honeymoon there to enjoy beach dan islands Not so far from aonang beach. And not in the middle of croud. Which I like
