It was excellent! I think it's a 5-star hotel. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. 11 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

So relaxing! Great atmosphere, surrounded by nature, warm and welcoming, felt safe. The staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations. The pool was great, the kids loved it and didn't want to get out of the water. Clean and safe. The kids want to come back again.

Facility is maintenance, but the price doesn't go down.

The accommodation was excellent, the staff provided great service, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

The staff were very attentive and the accommodation was not far from the beach.

Guests' names are welcomed on the front board of the hotel lobby, plus minus because it is warming but no consent and less secure because it opens PII data 🤭

First time staying here, very impressed. Requested a room on the upper floor, the hotel arranged it for me. The view in the morning, waking up to see the mountains, very beautiful, refreshing. The room is spacious, the bed is soft, well separated. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming. Too bad we stayed on a rainy day, so we didn't get to try the swimming pool, but everything was very good. Will go back to stay again.

The room air conditioner was not cool. The staff said that we had to wait 30 minutes before calling the technician. After 30 minutes, the staff said that the technician was climbing a tree. 😩 When the technician came to check, he said that he would need to repair for 30 minutes to 1 hour. So I called to change the room because it was too hot. I told the staff that I could change to a room that was cool when I entered because I thought that was a basic service that we should receive. The staff said that our room was not a 5-star hotel. We could not enter and it was cool when we entered. 🙄 In the morning, I called to order breakfast from the menu that appeared in the room. The staff said that we could not order yet. We could order from 11 am onwards. We asked if we could go downstairs to buy and eat. The staff said that we had to make a reservation and wait 30 minutes before we could eat (another 30 minutes). Overall, I would like to improve the following: 1) Location: The hotel air conditioner should be cool when you enter. This is a basic service that should be received from a hotel. 2) The staff's attitude and communication method. I felt that I was being teased the whole time during the conversation, even though I was a customer who paid for the room. I would like the hotel to review the way they train their staff in communication. 3) Enthusiasm and speed in solving problems. You can't solve every problem in 30 minutes - 1 hour, for example, the technician is climbing a tree 😑 and the customer has to wait for you to finish climbing the tree before coming to fix the air conditioner or ask to change the room because the technician hasn't proofread yet. Is that right? Other than that, the facilities are quite good. But when encountering this, no matter how good it is, it's very annoying. Especially when bringing parents with you, I don't want them to wait in the heat for 30 minutes. I hope the hotel will fix this.

staff was frienly good location very clean

Good room, everything is covered. But in the booking information, it doesn't say that the room we booked is a connecting room. It is a connecting room between Single and double rooms The door can't be locked. We ourselves didn't take a good look at the pictures of the rooms. Read only room information But in the end, the employee changed the room for me.

I recently stayed at The Tama Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The hospitality extended to me during my stay was truly outstanding. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive to my needs. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay, I felt genuinely valued as a guest. The room was immaculate and any requests I had were promptly addressed. I arrived at 9 and can't check in early. Even so, the receptionist gave suggestions of places and activities we could do while waiting for 2 PM. From the hotel to the attractions area (Ao Nang Beach) need to take Tuktuk - 300B for 1 way. The attention to detail and genuine care for guest satisfaction make this hotel a top choice for anyone seeking a wonderful hospitality experience. I highly recommend The Tama Hotel for its exceptional service.

I did a last-minute booking but didn't expect the hotel room to be worth more than I paid. That room is clean, the hotel's staff is super helpful, and the space is big.
