The hotel is very new , clean and beautiful the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel . Staff is very polite and helpful. Problem was our credit card did not work although they worked everywhere in Istanbul & the same with our friends another couple. it was a disturbing situation and our friends had to put all their cash to the hotel. They have an issue they said maybe with some cards and will try to solve it . No upgrades at Rixos no drinks only free parking for a car we don’t have

Every thing was perfect

In and out of the property is very bad. It took very long for check out. Room categories are incorrect. We lost an hour or so at time of check in due to wrong room category. Next day we lost power twice due to bad iron.

We really enjoyed Rixos tersane, we loved the infinity pool with beautiful view of city and sea . Breakfast was great . The new mall and restaurant right in front of the hotel . Rixos has many restaurant inside like vedra , josephin . Next door there is another hotel that offers a beautiful parisian show with good vibes that is only on friday and saturday nights . I loved the gym and spa area too the workout machin were all high tech , i loved steam room and sauna too and after that they offered coffee , water, juice. The hotel was calm and had a beautiful design too

Main issue is the food and the cost of it. If you’ll charge 45 dolares for 200 grs of filet mignon at least has to be cooked to perfection and fries should be natural ( not frozen sold wholsale) and perfectly cooked… a super easy dish difucult to mess it up. The rest was great, the hotel, employees etce etc

Nice hotel with very very good gym and spa. However, the pool is far too small for the size of the hotel. My partner and I didn’t get to use the sun loungers due to the lack of space. The food was also very average in the outdoor restaurant and room service. Overall I think I would stay again due to the quality of the gym and rooms.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Rixos Tersane. The hotel is beautiful in design. We had a 1 bedroom unit, which was modern and spacious . The fitness center was great. The infinity pool was very nice as well. Now on to the negatives. First, the location is terrible. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. There nothing around the hotel. No restaurants, stores, or cafes. Taxis never heard of this place, and kept getting lost on way there. There is a large construction site right besides the hotel property . Sledgehammers and excavators at 8 am and till midnight. Our room terrace faced the construction site and can hear all the noise with all doors and windows closed. The food and drinks were extremely overpriced. And you have no other options near by, so you’re forced to pay these prices. We will not be coming back.

Excellent service

Problems with the visa machine. It’s an issue with a lot of people and they claim it’s not. Myself and 3 others faced the same problem. Hotel is new and comfortable

Brand new. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Excellent service. Very well to do guests. Staff was great. Not extremely overpriced. AC subpar by American standards. Restaurants also above par. 9.4 out of 10

It’s very new and beautiful

This hotel is beautiful but you should keep in mind that Tersane as an area is under construction so there is not much to do around there. Parts of the hotel are also under construction but I didn't feel disturbed by that. Staff are hit and miss. Reception staff were great. Poolside staff less so. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel where you can relax on a sun lounger with amazing views, this is it. If you want to explore Istanbul then perhaps consider staying somewhere more central.
