Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzle karşıladılar. Otelin konumu çok iyi ve odaları gayet iyidi. İstanbul' da kalınabilecek iyi otellerden biri tavsiye ederim.

Our stay was lovely, the staff is super helpful, rooms were clean and spacious and worth the price. Location is also good, not in the center but it was exactly where we wanted it to be, away from the noise but yet close to all the touristy spots, tramway was away 8 min of walking. Would definitely come back

Nice clean rooms, very helpful staff, we used restaurant for lunch excellent service, decor, staff and good food. buffet breakfast on a pricey side € 30 per person, I checked later when you book breakfast included while booking it's only €15 per person.

The staff was absolutely amazing! I traveled for my birthday and received a knock at the door with the staff singing happy birthday and they also gave me a cake! They were knowledgeable of surrounding restaurants and places that were walking distance. I can’t wait to go back and visit

I visited Istanbul November 17th through the 28th for a dental implant procedure for my mother. Everything about this hotel was going great at first the entire staff was very friendly and courteous and most were fluent in English which was helpful especially being in a foreign country so far from home Newyork. The issue came three days before our stay ended i lost my wallet while inside the lobby making the line to ask the front desk for directions to the mall, that morning in particular there were a lot of new guests checking in every that hour was chaotic from having to wait like 15 minutes on the line to loosing my wallet without noticing anything wrong until I checked my pockets and it was gone. First, a piece of our belongings was stolen from our room, even though it‘s not Jewelery, yet we were shocked by the fact that something went missing from our room. We stayed for 5 nights, on the first two nights we didn‘t ask for Room Cleaning Service, on the third day, we left our room and asked for it to be cleaned. That was the only time any one other than us accessed our room. After that we didn‘t feel safe at all, especially that the staff seemed uncoordinated and every team works alone. We had to follow up multiple times after the incident, first time was on the fourth day of our stay, directly when we noticed that something‘s missing. The Staff first reassured us that they will handle everything and even leave a note for their Colleagues because we had to leave. To our Disappointment, we came back at night to find that there was NO note left and the Staff knew nothing whatsoever of the Incident. On the 5th Day they sent 2 Staff members to search our Room and they found nothing. At the end they told us there‘s nothing they can do to help us, they even refused to refund us with the amount of the stolen item. Furthermore, they took a deposit of 2000 TL as insurance for an EMPTY Minibar, which they didn‘t give back and charged us extra for 2 Turkish Coffee Cups by checking out. We had to call three times for the Coffee to be brought to us, with them at one point bringing us a Pen and Paper instead!! Terrible Service, Uncooperative Staff, NEVER TO RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super hotel

This hotel has good potential bit horrible management. Its 3 star at best, the rugs are filthy, they place smells of smoke, no wash clothes, AC didnt work, hotel staff was rude. There was an argument in the lobby with a guest and the manager was rude and did not de-escalate the situation. Told the guest he could not have 3 people in his room and the thirs person was a friend who was just waiting for his room to get ready. ( to i had 3 in mine) service was slow and the restaurant was horrible. Took us 10 min to get water. Don't bother getting an omelette or have them cook eggs for you. They use way too much oil. It tasted absolutely disgusting and the person cooking looks 18. I would never stay at this place again..
