First, a piece of our belongings was stolen from our room, even though it‘s not Jewelery, yet we were shocked by the fact that something went missing from our room. We stayed for 5 nights, on the first two nights we didn‘t ask for Room Cleaning Service, on the third day, we left our room and asked for it to be cleaned. That was the only time any one other than us accessed our room. After that we didn‘t feel safe at all, especially that the staff seemed uncoordinated and every team works alone. We had to follow up multiple times after the incident, first time was on the fourth day of our stay, directly when we noticed that something‘s missing. The Staff first reassured us that they will handle everything and even leave a note for their Colleagues because we had to leave. To our Disappointment, we came back at night to find that there was NO note left and the Staff knew nothing whatsoever of the Incident. On the 5th Day they sent 2 Staff members to search our Room and they found nothing. At the end they told us there‘s nothing they can do to help us, they even refused to refund us with the amount of the stolen item. Furthermore, they took a deposit of 2000 TL as insurance for an EMPTY Minibar, which they didn‘t give back and charged us extra for 2 Turkish Coffee Cups by checking out. We had to call three times for the Coffee to be brought to us, with them at one point bringing us a Pen and Paper instead!! Terrible Service, Uncooperative Staff, NEVER TO RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

El personal absolutamente maravilloso, atentos desde el primer minuto y muy servicial. La limpieza en el hotel general perfecta al igual que en la habitación, todos los días a buena hora ya estaba hecha la limpieza de habitación El desayuno con variedad de opciones, el trato de los camareros 10/10 y la verdad regresaríamos sin duda. Una estancia perfecta

Super hotel

Wenn sie kalt duschen und viele Herausforderungen die ihnen viel Zeit und Stress kosten sind sie hier richtig . Kaos in allen Bereichen. Fernseher die man nicht aus schalten kann kaltes Wasser Müll Tonnen voll vom vorigen Gast und Klammer Nadel über all es wird aus ausscheinend nicht richtig Staub gesaugt so das Stau in der Luft zu sehn ist. Dauert wird man mit komischen unnötigen Fragen konfrontiert. Das ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel nach meiner Meinung . Es sind noch viele andere Mängel aber es ist mir Zuviel das zu schildern.

This hotel has good potential bit horrible management. Its 3 star at best, the rugs are filthy, they place smells of smoke, no wash clothes, AC didnt work, hotel staff was rude. There was an argument in the lobby with a guest and the manager was rude and did not de-escalate the situation. Told the guest he could not have 3 people in his room and the thirs person was a friend who was just waiting for his room to get ready. ( to i had 3 in mine) service was slow and the restaurant was horrible. Took us 10 min to get water. Don't bother getting an omelette or have them cook eggs for you. They use way too much oil. It tasted absolutely disgusting and the person cooking looks 18. I would never stay at this place again..

Heating system was not working it was really cold in the room they could not fix it. They just say they call the technician but he never come i asked reception for give extra blanket they say room service will come with it i wait long after i call reception got same answer room service will come with it i wait 1 hour more nothing happen it took them 24 hours to give me extra blanket

Kind hearted members of staff made the stay comfortable and beautiful

Trots bokning av två "superior"-rum för sju personer var rummen små och trånga, med sex queensize-sängar och en uppfällbar. Önskemål om angränsande rum med dörr, skickat veckor i förväg, uppfylldes först efter fyra nätter. AC fungerade dåligt i flera rum, en tekniker fick tillkallas men ett rum förblev för varmt hela vistelsen. Frukostbuffén minskade snabbt i utbud och många alternativ fylldes aldrig på. Receptionen var ofta nonchalant. Minibarer vägrades tömmas trots barn i sällskapet, men deposition på 100 USD/rumm krävdes ändå. Städning var ojämn – handdukar togs utan att ersättas förrän sent, dammsugning sällsynt. Vi väcktes 00:45 av personal som felaktigt sa att vi beställt handdukar. Trasigt fönster lagades aldrig av hotellet. Önskemål som strykjärn och extra kuddar krävde upprepade påminnelser. Poolen var ibland smutsig, med hudrester och grumligt vatten, och ofta för varm. Bubbelpoolen luktade illa och hade trasiga knappar. Wifi var långsamt, instabilt och lösenord byttes utan info. Gymmet var dock utmärkt, stort och välutrustat. Hotellet ligger lugnt men avsides, med få butiker och restauranger nära. Rummen är slitna och tekniken fungerar bristfälligt. Sammantaget lever hotellet inte upp till pris eller kategori.
