I had a pretty good experience at Max Hotel Hanoi. I stayed 1 night and checked in 1 hour early. The hostess was enthusiastic and helped me check in early. The room was spacious, painted in eye-catching green. The bathroom was a bit small but it was okay for one person. Next time if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi, I will book a room at Max Hotel again.

Visa Requirements for Entering Vietnam to Visit Van Phuc

For Philippine passport holders planning a trip to Vietnam to visit Van Phuc, understanding the visa requirements is a crucial first step. As of current regulations, Philippine citizens are typically granted visa-free entry into Vietnam for a certain period, usually up to 30 days. This exemption simplifies travel significantly, eliminating the need for a pre-arranged visa application through an embassy or consulate for short tourist stays. It is, however, always recommended to verify the latest visa policies with official Vietnamese immigration sources before your travel dates, as regulations can change.

The visa-free entry for Filipinos allows for a convenient and spontaneous travel experience. While no visa is required for stays up to 30 days, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay and have sufficient blank pages for entry and exit stamps. It is also advisable to carry proof of onward travel, such as a return flight ticket, and potentially hotel bookings, as immigration officials may request these documents to confirm your intentions as a genuine tourist.

While visa-free entry is a significant advantage, it is imperative for all travellers to confirm the most current visa policies directly with the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in the Philippines or through the official Vietnamese immigration website. Policies can be subject to change without prior notice.
