I booked a room on 2/14 but I arrived early on 2/13. I paid on 2/13 in cash and did not say to cancel the room on 2/14. On 2/14 I went to the staff and said there were no rooms left and they canceled my room without my consent. I asked for my money back but no one solved the problem for me.

Enthusiastic and kind staff, everything is good. If you have it in Cau Giay area, you should book it here, the price is ok. I really want to book this place again because the only reason to go to Hanoi is gone so there will be no chance to come back. Thank you B&B for a beautiful memory even though it's just a room to rest < 3

Trong ngo, kho tim vi tri, trong phong ngay ca nuoc uong con khong co, co muoi, cach am kem nghe ro ben ngoai noi gi, nuoc tam yeu. Chac ks nay sap đong cua roi.
