Khách sạn gần trung tâm, chỉ khoảng 3 phút đi xe máy. Anh chị chủ rất vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, mến khách. Phòng sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ các vật dụng cần thiết: ấm siêu tốc, máy sấy tóc, quạt, … Một lưu ý nhỏ là đường xuống hơi dốc nên các bạn chú ý di chuyển cẩn thận nhé.

Hello Bianco, In the case of her reservation, she booked a Super room for her parents for 2 nights. The uncle came here at 9AM and wanted to check in early, the hotel said there would be a surcharge, but the uncle didn't want it and sent it back. Then, 11.30AM came back, the hotel supported early check-in at no extra charge (the hotel's check-in time is 2PM). Regarding the room class, the hotel has assigned the right room for you, the quality of the room is clean and the picture is correct, you can ask your parents again. As for the price, the price listed on Traveloka and you can also apply a promo code of 270k/night for the Sup room class with 2 windows. Hope to welcome you to the hotel next time with a better experience. Bianco apologizes for your experience, thank you!

The staff is enthusiastic, you seem a bit uncomfortable. There is no car park, I have to park right on the slope next to the hotel, which is very dangerous. The room seems a bit small compared to the photos. Hope to come back when traveling by motorbike.

Hello Bianco, According to hotel regulations, Check in time is 2PM, you ask to check in early at 7AM on Saturday, and the hotel has replied via email to you that there are no rooms available for you to check in at the weekend. have you checked your email? At 7AM I can't call guests before you wake up and force them to check out to get a room for you. This problem if traveling in high season, I hope you can sympathize with the hotel. Regarding the refrigerator, before booking the hotel, can you check the picture of the room and the hotel's facilities? Da Lat's terrain is mountainous, so of course there will be slopes. Hello Bianco, I'm very sorry that last weekend, not only Bianco but Da Lat were crowded, Bianco had 4 cars that day, you came in the evening and I told you to just run down and park beside ksan, because my car's undercarriage is a bit low. so I can't go to the hotel yard. If not, Bianco will tell you to park in the parking lot opposite the alley, with a fee, you will notify Bianco to refund it. I arrived at 12:30, the hotel still had an empty room, but it was not flexible for me to check in, and said, if I want to check in early, I will pay an additional 50% of the room rate. a bit sad because of such a treatment, even though I know the law is 14:00 to receive. the room in the basement, feels very moldy, not soundproof, the next room says ji, do ji, it's tiny, I hear it all. The location of the hotel is close to convenience stores, and the price is very good.
