Beautiful rooms with exceptional wood work, great beach, nice waves for light body surfing, more peaceful than Duong Dong, free bus system from the main road, good selection of Viet and American food choices nearby the hotel. Definitely recommend this location and hotel.

Nice & relaxing room with lots of warmth and wooden details. Friendly staffs with big smiles as they greet you. Very attentive to the guests’ needs... at breakfast, a waitress asked me for my room number; next day, she knew I was checking out that day, and asked me when they should have the shuttle bus ready for me. Further, they have gone completely out of their way and taken me to the next resort I was staying, as this next 5 star resort wanted me to go 22km back to the airport in order to catch their complimentary shuttle bus, only to come back this same 22km as I was already more than half way through the ride to their location. I wonder... who is really providing a 5 star hospitality & guest service?

Wonderful staff and beautiful room - with an amazing view from our spacious balcony. It’s the start of monsoon and low season so not all the facilities were available as stated on the website (bicycle, full range of breakfast options and the bar closed after sunset). I can imagine that this place is incredible in dry season - the beach is lovely (though storms washed up countless plastic). The staff were so lovely and the garden grounds are stunning. Thank you for everything :)

Beach not well kept, cigarette butts and plastic littered. It’s a shame because the hotel is situated ona stunning beach side. Rooms were dirty with ants but interiors are stunning. Anything except a Balcony room offers little to no privacy. Exceptional staff!

Beautiful beach and gardens. Our room was right outside a water feature so was a lovely sound to wake up to. The beach is cleaner than Long Beach. The restaurant at Mango Bay next door is fantastic. the room was designed with thought and well executed. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely fruit bowl on the first day. The wifi didn’t work at all the entire time...

This used to be our ‘go to’ to get away from it all. It’s still a lovely place and they’ve improved restaurant service and speed 100%. At the time we went, first week of January, it was very crowded on the beach (compared with before) and so many new accommodations along the beach road have opened up that you have to fight for the sun loungers that belong to coco palm. A constant stream of tour boats drop anchor right in front of the beach adding to the noise and number of people as well as blocking the view. We love coco palm, but unfortunately will choose somewhere else next time due to the development of the area. A great place for people who want some life, there are lots of bars, restaurants etc and availability of basic supplies nearby now.

I felt like the hotel was older and more rundown than the price would suggest. The room was small and smelled musty. However, it was clean and the staff were all really great! The beach directly in front of the hotel was lovely, but right next door was a public beach that was full of garbage. Not Coco Palm's fault, but still not nice to look at. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel, but look for a discount or deal!

Mixed feeling about this hotel. Perhaps I was unlucky as I was there just before closing for renovation. Plus: - location on the beach - staff friendliness - cleaning Minus: - no TV - no Swimming Pool (even if is a beach hotel) - Transfer to/from airport (even if announced and agreed... at the end is just a taxi service) - Breakfast (no buffet) - no touristic info

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The beach is beautiful and generally clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us to set up our trip to the next destination and it all worked smoothly (from the taxi to the ferry to the bus). The massages on the beach were a great addition to an already relaxing stay. The beds, however, are quite hard.
