The view from the outside is very nice, but it seems that the hotel is too old so the amenities and services are quite poor, for example: the hallway is quite dirty, not cleaned, so dental toothpicks are scattered on the walkways, inside In my room, there is no hair dryer; The day I checked in, Da Lat was cold at 17, 18 degrees but while I was taking a shower, there was no hot water 😭 the room was quite cold - I think it's because the walls are thin. Wifi is also poor, I have 2 meetings that have to be opened using 4G.

Theo ý kiến cá nhân của mình thì hơi dơ, nhà vệ sinh không được sạch. Hôm mình ở cúp điện từ 1 giờ sáng, không được giải quyết nhanh chóng, đến lúc trả phòng vẫn chưa có điện luôn, nhân viên cũng không có phản hồi gì về vấn đề này. Nói chung đi du lịch mà không có điện xạc điện thoại máy ảnh là một trải nghiệm khá tệ.

Mình đặt phòng tại đây 3 ngày, hoàn toàn không sử dụng được wifi tại đây. Buổi tối phòng có muỗi rất nhiều, nên bạn mình hầu như không ngủ được

Thật sự mà nói nếu có dịp ra đà lạt mình vẫn sẽ ở Cocoon nhé! Phòng đẹp, thoải mái, chỗ ở gần với những địa điểm tham quan, rất tiện. Từ đây ra chợ với quãng trường tầm 4’ là tới dòi không có xa đâu nè. Đặc biệt chị chủ ở đây rất nhiệt tình, cực kì nhiệt tình nhé, chị hỗ trợ cho tụi mình hết mình luôn á! Có dịch vụ thuê xe rất okela luôn. Đây là chỗ mọi người nên thuê nha! ❤️

Nhân viên lễ tân nói chuyện vô duyên với khách. Không được hỗ trợ khi xe bị hư ngoài đường (khách sạn thuê xe giùm). Thêm vào đó còn nói khách tự sửa chữa (xe mới thuê chạy đã bị đì, đi rất tiêu tốn tiền xăng, thắng mất bố thắng chưa thay dẫn đến nguy hiểm cho khách hàng). Đang chạy xe hư chỉ biết mỗi lễ tân gọi lên thì nhận được câu trả lời là “tự đi sửa xe đi chứ sao giờ”.

Check in 15/10 and check out 16/10 (1 night) On October 15, I went to Cocoon to receive a single room and asked to rent 2 cars (1 car number: 100k/car/day and 1 scooter: 120k/car/day) at 14h - 15/10. At noon 11:30 on October 16, I called the Receptionist number, she answered the phone, I reported that: Me: "The car was going up the pass, suddenly it broke down". Sister: "I'll find a place to put the car in first, and I will report to the garage to see if I can help you with anything, because yesterday when I delivered the car to Em, the car ran normally. no problem, during the process of renting a car, if there is any problem with the car, the lessee will be responsible, but I will call the garage to negotiate and then I will report back to you. There's no charge for late out, so take it slow." Me: ok Sister When she got back to Cocoon, she asked me "how are you, em, how much does the car cost? what's wrong with the car, em?" My girlfriend said: "You have to tell me how the garage is, but that's not possible, this car has been running for a long time, the "wire" is broken, I have to change the new "wire" (at that time, I I still don't understand what "wire" is.) She asked: I replaced that "wire" and how much did the car milk cost in total? EM: 150k Sister: Recently, I told my boyfriend Em, that you should fix the car first, then I call the garage to see how it is negotiated. There's nothing that I'm hot-tempered, that's all. Now I go up to check out procedures to help you, then go to the front desk to continue. Em: okay After talking with the garage, 2 Em also just got off. She just said: - I just called to discuss with the garage, the garage said, I rented 2 cars, from 14h yesterday to 12h45 today. garage is counted as 1 day. The scooter is damaged during the rental process, the garage supports 50% of the car milk fee, ie 75k. Car number, although not going in the morning, but did not send the car key back, the garage of course still charges, but the garage still supports and calculates 1/2 day of the car number, ie 50k. Honey. Right from the time Hai Em rented a car and used the car, if you find the car has any problems such as: stalling, driving, it costs a lot of money on gas, if you lose, you won't win. Why don't you notify the front desk immediately so they can change your car right away. Cocoon Bungalow and the garage have combined and supported customers like that, but Em is still not satisfied and still says "no support", it is so unfair.

Du lịch Đà Lạt một mình đặc biệt là lúc ngủ có lẽ sẽ hơi sợ nên trước đây mình hay chọn khách sạn gần chợ, lần đầu đến Cocoon nhưng mình ngủ khá ngon, Cocoon mang đến một trải nghiệm khá ổn từ phòng ốc, khuôn viên đến dịch vụ. Chị quản lý khách sạn chuyên nghiệp nhưng không kém phần thân thiện với khách hàng: đặt đồ ăn sáng, đặt xe, trò chuyện, tư vấn quán ăn, quán cafe view đẹp....
