My stay at Eco Hotel Hanoi was great!!! The hotel is in a great location in the center of Hanoi within a very short walk to all of the action. My room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. I definitely recommend staying here or at Eco Luxury Hotel right down the street. They are both owned by the same family. I had a really awesome experience doing a motorbike tour with a hotel employee named "T". If you're adventurous and want to see Hanoi through the perspective of a really cool 23 year old local, try to book a tour with this guy. It was truly one of the best experiences of my life!!!

The hotel room is quite small, unlike the picture. The room has no sound insulation, early morning the water staff is extremely noisy. The hair dryer in the blowing room was a bit weak, and it took only 15 minutes to blow her bangs to dry. Under the reception with a hand dryer, borrow it if needed. I booked 2 nights, but due to the flight at 8pm, after checking out at 12pm, I asked if I could hire more hours to rest. The receptionist said that staying until 4pm would take 50% of the price as the time I booked. I put on the app for 658,000 / night including breakfast. But when I said that price, the receptionist said, "What is it to do with that price, the room is 800k here?" I gave her the phone to show me the receipt stored on the app, then she continued, "I don't understand why I can get such a cheap price, I should have taken you 500k but now I can get 330k for me" I book on the app, promotions applied by the app, openly public. Does this hotel not know and never associated with this app to introduce hotels to visitors? About breakfast, it is okay, buffet of basic dishes such as baked bread, sausage, cold meat, fried noodles, fried rice and juices, fresh milk. I want to use coca cola, I said before if fresh water is not in the free bufet part, I will pay the water bill separately. The receptionist (also the aforementioned short-haired receptionist) gave me a can of water, I asked for more ice, I immediately said, "Ha Noi does not drink ice." I go to coffee or even go to a restaurant in Hanoi and I still see people drinking ice. Thanks to my older sister, I don't know how to drink ice, whoever drank ice, came from everywhere. I will not come back!

The hot water waited a long time, although the room was very close to the thermostat of the hotel, the water flow was unstable, when it was small, the towel had an unpleasant smell. Room: The hotel toilet has an unpleasant smell, like the smell of bleach in the country. Breakfast: Food is not varied. There is no change over the days.
