The hotel is located in an area with easy access to many places to eat and play, we mostly walk !!! The service is very good, there is free breakfast here in the morning, although the food is not varied but quite good. The room is clean and tidy tân the reception was fun and enthusiastic! My room was small and small, very clean, dry. The point that I find unsatisfied is the quality of the mattress, it is a cushion, secret and quite uncomfortable, I go to many hotels and they do not see them anymore. Hotels should change. Next is hot and cold, not always. I went with my elders and children, I went on a hot day, there was no hot water at the time of showering, the guests said I would turn it on but I waited for 15 minutes in the bathroom and I didn't have a drop so I had to borrow a speeding device If you wait for the hotel to turn on hot water, your child will sleep. I hope the hotel should change because these small things are exactly what the customer wants most. Thank the hotel for welcoming my family.

I chose this hotel because I was recommended by a sister in Sapa (I went to Sapa before going back to Hanoi one night) + it was near the garage that paid guests for sapa-Hanoi route + near my shop in the city. the set. I arrived at the hotel at 4.30am (because I came back from sapa), waited until 5am then the staff opened the door (this attitude was fun and friendly). I propose to charge an additional 50% of the room rate already booked in the web to be checked in soon to rest, ok. (This guy married me a room with a window, so I have a bit of open air). The hotel doesn't have an elevator, I have to climb to the 4th floor with a very narrow staircase, the room is very smelly and I've been nauseous many times. The soundproofing was bad, the water heater was broken, the breakfast was reasonable compared to this price. I asked the hotel to rent a car, the price is higher than the previous hotels we stayed but it's okay. At night, I was asked by the lane staff to take my car to another place and collect 20k fee? If you don't want it, the friend will leave your car at the hotel. The next morning, the gas in the tank didn't evaporate? I'm not sad to ask but extremely disappointed, not thinking that this has happened! When renting a car is suggested to help fuel? I don't agree so? We missed the 1.30pm when we returned to the hotel and asked to check out, then they asked for a surcharge of 50% of the room rate because according to that friend: 1pm could sympathize but 1.30pm could not? My room is a room with windows and my hotel only has 2 rooms so can't be free? and can't even sympathize because we didn't notice late check-out for you? If the hotel you have guests waiting for check out + housekeeping is waiting for each room to clean, that's ok, but right now your hotel is still full of vacant rooms (from the lobby to your room you can see the vacant rooms already cleaned). and open the door to welcome guests) and no one was waiting to check in. you staff works very formal and rigid, extremely unprofessional. I have to pay for extra room charge, car fee + get the key, although very uncomfortable, thank you, but the attitude and that friend is not thanking the guest? After I checked out, I left my luggage here and was picked up by another staff member when I returned. and having to talk back and forth is very uncomfortable, while before I had the contract, I had paid everything and that girl was ok to send me her personal documents. (Lack of money for motorbikes, we only pay 50% of the rent of the next day from 10h ~ 13h and the previous day has not paid and he answered forgot to look at the book when calculating the money) I used to like Hanoi very much, Hanoi people are very cute and friendly in my eyes but that staff and your hotel made me quite disappointed. I have a shop on the street, so I often come here and think this time I try to see how often I will book but because of the way I work and deal with the unprofessional of this staff, I will never stop by. . Well, when I returned the car to full tank, I wonder if you understand ?!

The hotel would like to thank you for your suggestions to help us serve better. And the early check out or late out, there are already rules, the staff just follow it. The second thing is the problem of gasoline, I would like to affirm that my side never takes gas from customers, if you fill up the car return tank, I will only return the rented car, but my side will not get anything, because it is a car I call a service, not a hotel car. As for the attitude of staff, I will investigate the camera and will handle it if the staff is not polite to the guests. Except of friendly and polite staff, everything was so disappointing. The first room I have was on third floor, with narrow staircase that was dangerous for people who carried luggage. they don't have lift. The room was so smelly, it covered with mold, I cant even breath, my pillow was all mold. I don't dare to sleep at their pillow, the whole night I wear mask to sleep. I have difficulty to operate the ac. the second night they moved me to another room. its bigger room but same condition. walls is covered with mold and all their pillow too. I stay on second floor where you can hear all people talking so loud on lobby area. it was a very bad decision. luckily the staff was helpful and the location is near to everywhere.

We really don't understand what you said. If that were what you said we probably wouldn't be able to work until today. we have 24-hours front desk and housekeeping, we change blankets, sheets, pillows everyday, but you say dirty and can't sleep, we don't know how to serve you. If the hotel has an elevator, everything is spacious, you should book a room at a 3 stars or 5 stars. With 12-15 USD/night including breakfast, central location, bell boy help with the luggage, private bathroom, we only can serve you like that. Thank you

This is so cool, here. Satisfactory use of non-touristic sites in Hanoi Vietnam first. The frank at the cozy house receptionist really helped a lot starting the morning check-in assisted at 9 am, was told that Egg Coffee 39 only exists in Hanoi, Eating Vietnamese noodles pho is not well-known no. 100, same place where the tour. Thank Traveloka, giving information about cozy house, it turns out that in the old quarter of central Hanoi, it is complete. Finally we can get to Halong Bay in Titanic style. Same because now there is an outbreak of Corona Virus in Wuhan. Cozy house gives free masks for guard, complete.
