The room is beautiful, just like the picture. I arrived and was upgraded to a higher room category for free. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. I checked in late but was still very quick. There is a place to park motorbikes in the house, but probably only for a few. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel gave me a new room, 1 class more than the room I booked. Photo-like room, spacious, airy, clean, well-equipped with amenities. Having cleaned the room when I went out, I found the room was clean and clean. The hotel is in town so it's easy to walk to go out without having to pay much for transportation. I will stop by if I have a chance to come to Hanoi again.

The staff is enthusiastic and very polite. The hotel location is also very good, near delicious restaurants in the old town. The room is beautiful, the color is beautiful, the only bad thing is that the bathroom exhaust fan is a bit loud.

I though I booked for one night and during check-in they told me that was only for 2 hours. Very deficient information. Traveloka make it confused also. Traveloka also not clear with information.

Although I was a bit worried before coming because of the bad reviews. But in the end, our experience was okay. The male staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in supporting. The hotel location is great, many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The room is beautifully decorated and clean. Nothing to complain about.

The door can't be opened, blaming the guest for breaking it 🙂↔️ Arguing with the guest one-on-one, when losing the argument, then turning around and saying the guest is rude 😏 talking behind the guest's back and the guest heard 🥹 In general, the landlady is like a pussy 🫶🏻 curly haired old lady, I promise to remind her at length in the upcoming stories 👍 what kind of old lady is this, what a bad karma 🤢

I really dislike this hotel and will definitely never come back:
- The soundproofing is extremely bad. Next to the hotel are shops and they clean up noisily from 1-2am every day. I can clearly hear every sound of them talking and washing pots, basins... And in the old quarter, the noise starts at 6am. Every day I can only sleep 4-5 hours because of the noise outside and the loud closing of doors inside the hotel. If you stay here, avoid room 201.
- The rooms are old, there is no exhaust fan so the air is very stuffy and the smell of the bed sheets is really unpleasant.
- The air conditioner is too old, it makes a loud noise so I have to turn it off when I sleep because it is too noisy.
- The cleaning lady did not change the bed sheets or clean the room. She only changed the towels and water on the first day of the 3 days I stayed here.
- The price is quite high compared to the service. I don't understand why it is rated so high on traveloka with all the things I experienced. I will have to check with many other parties in the future instead of just trusting traveloka.

terrible, scam, sent email still check in 12/1 and check out 2/12. When check in, they said it's only for 2 hours. If so, why isn't there a separate option to choose the hour to rent, but instead ask for a search from what day to what day. I had to stay on the street for 2 hours to find another hotel and wasn't sure if I'd get a refund. If I want to stay all day, there's an additional charge of 500k. Why?

Too bad, said there was no room to stay, now asked to pay more to stay. Owner and staff argued in front of guests. It was the hotel's fault but refused to cancel the reservation for guests. Lost money and couldn't stay. Too bad, first time encountering this.

Don't like the business model of this hotel, the rental price for 2 hours of stay is 340k. When checking in, if you want to stay overnight, there is an additional fee of 380k. This form of business is a play on words. If you don't pay attention, you'll be mistaken. The air conditioner in the room is buzzing like an airplane :(

terrible, scam, sent email still check in 12/1 and check out 2/12. When check in, they said it's only for 2 hours. If so, why isn't there a separate option to choose the hour to rent, but instead ask for a search from what day to what day. I had to stay on the street for 2 hours to find another hotel and wasn't sure if I'd get a refund. If I want to stay all day, there's an additional charge of 500k. Why?

First of all, the hotel is very sorry about your situation.
The room type for 2-hour stay is clearly stated on the website in Vietnamese and English. You can check it on the Traveloka website as well as in your booking confirmation. In case of overnight stay, there will be an additional conversion fee.

Too bad, said there was no room to stay, now asked to pay more to stay. Owner and staff argued in front of guests. It was the hotel's fault but refused to cancel the reservation for guests. Lost money and couldn't stay. Too bad, first time encountering this.

This Hotel is Scam🤬 The room is a scam, everyone🤬 Everyone be careful when booking a room. The rental price is 2 hours but the app still shows 1 night, only when I paid did I know and couldn't cancel🤬 The 2 hour rental information is written in a hard to read place🤬

Don't like the business model of this hotel, the rental price for 2 hours of stay is 340k. When checking in, if you want to stay overnight, there is an additional fee of 380k. This form of business is a play on words. If you don't pay attention, you'll be mistaken. The air conditioner in the room is buzzing like an airplane :(
