The owners are super cute and enthusiastic, asking and guiding us enthusiastically. The view of the hills and mountains is great, you can hunt clouds in the room. The owners also rent cars and cook on request. They have a flower garden and a pear garden for everyone to visit. Bonus some puppies for those who love animals. If I have a chance to go back to Sapa, I will stop by again.

Everything is great. The staff are friendly and nice. We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, and they upgraded our rooms with a better view and allowed us to check in early with no extra charges. We booked a tour to Fansipan and a car for 2 days; the price is very affordable. On the last day, they allowed us to check out late for 2 rooms. We booked a car to go back to Lao Cai railway station, and it is cheaper than Grab. Their service is worth more than 5 stars, and we will stay here again if we visit Sapa next time.

We had a memorable stay at Chau Long Hotel .. Room rates were reasonable but the service was unexpected, Room was clean and very nice, modern facilities with bathtub and high sanitary equipment. Especially, the view of the hotel overlooking Muong Hoa valley and Hoang Lien mountain, the meals at the restaurant are very delicious, reasonable price .. friendly and enthusiastic staff. Sky view restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel is the main highlight, designed with unique architecture, open space, quiet, ideal for taking photos !! I am completely satisfied with my stay in Sapa

Sapa Panorama Hotel

Do not think twice to make a reservation in Panorama Hotel. Strategic location, it's like between Sapa Lake and the Cathedral. Although it's located a little up on the hill, the stairs are not going to kill you. Friendly staffs also!

Bamboo Sapa Hotel

Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Sapa Elegance Hotel

We arrived early morning, room was not ready yet however shower and bathroom is available for freshened up after overnight sleeper bus trip from Hanoi. Receptionist was very friendly, the best we met so far in Vietnam trip. She gave us map and recommendation of places in Sapa with very detail information. All staffs was very accommodating for all our inquiries they offer additional services i.e. Motorbike rental, laundry, bus ticket booking arrangement in reasonable price. Breakfast offer was good, quality is very good. no wonder they have good review on web I would love to recommend this hotel as stay destination
