Located right in the center near the lake, right in the walking street area and around there are many diverse restaurants to choose from. The staff is very enthusiastic in supporting issues about rooms, check-in/check-out times and other services according to the needs of guests.

Book a room via the app for 1,462 million, add km code and about 1,380 million for a deluxe room. The photo on the room app is very clean and neat, but when checking in, the pictures of the place and room are different. Old, dirty, peeling wallpaper. The stained showerhead was not replaced, and the bathroom was extremely poorly cleaned when the yellow floor tiles were not scrubbed. Even with 2 bottles of free mineral water given to guests during the day, 1 bottle was half-drinked and could not be replaced (as shown in the photo below). Around 12:30 a.m. when I arrived and checked in, the staff assisted me in checking in early. I took note of this, but when I got to the room, I just looked bored. About 5 minutes after consulting with my husband, I called down to report. Expressing her disappointment, she said she would change her room but accepted it at 2pm. happily returned that room and wandered around eating and drinking until 2:30 a.m. When I checked in to the new room, it was no different from the old room. As a bonus, the shower is stained black like it was used from the 80s to 2023. The bathroom floor is yellow, the bed was ordered as a large bed but received a single bed put together 🙂. Surely there is no case where you spend money to rent a hotel room and have to take 2 disposable toothbrushes provided by the hotel to scrub the bathroom floor to make it less dirty and scrub the shower to see if there is any improvement. Yes or no, it's not like me. The room quality is so bad compared to the hotel's location and price. There is no such thing as a second visit!

Very small room, cramped. Breakfast only has chicken noodles and beef noodle soup is a hot dish, but after ordering beef noodle soup, wait for about 5 minutes before the staff returned to report that there was no pho, so making chicken noodles and really bad noodles could not swallow. The kitchen counter staff is cold. The only plus is that the receptionists are friendly.

1 suitable for families, elders and children - The location is right at Cau Go Street, 3 minutes walk to Sword Lake - The restaurant is right next to the house, a 2 minute walk. There are bun thang and bun cha, very tasty right next to - Staff attitude enthusiastic and somewhat outrageous, but I like. They helped me buy tickets for a puppet show, even repairing jeans. - Family room quality, clean, luxurious furniture, good quality wooden floors (no smell, no moisture). 2 large bunk beds + 1 extra sofa for older people who cannot lie down with the mattress (suitable for young people and babies) Points to overcome: quality of breakfast, should add 1 sister to help prepare food for 2 he worked so hard.

Maro Hotel is strategically located in the center of Old Quarter, walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake. The room is nice and clean. I love the chicken pho they serve on breakfast. But the best of all, they have the nicest staff! The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. When our aircon didn't work after they service it for the second time, they gave us a new room directly. When we were waiting for our Grab, they offered to check with the driver to ensure that he got the right address (most of taxi driver don't speak English there). When we wanted to have late night munch, they walked us to the noodle place nearby. On our last night in Hanoi, we celebrated my best friend's birthday and went back to the hotel late. The hotel staffs apparently were waiting with a birthday cake prepared for him!

Maro Hotel..We love stayed here.. Staff very helpful en friendly😊 me and friends love them..They so care of us😊 They made us breakfast boxes cause we had to fly early in the morning to Da Nang. They organized us for the trip to Ha long Bay. The Staff like a family. The room are so clean en neat. They provides us for toiletries every day. The Hotel location in perfect area. Easy to go every where. For food, for the beautiful spot. Enjoy the city from the roof top. This hotel are so perfect. They only need to change or add more for the breakfast menus. I didn't took the photos of our room, cause the room picture just exactly/same like on the web or any kind of online booking agent. WiFi good connection..
