The staff is so helpful. They have a lift, and the staff helped us bring our luggage. The room is the same as in the picture, they even upgraded our room to a family room for free. The room and bathroom are so clean. Sadly, I just spent 1 night because I will go to Sapa. Highly recommended!!

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and was quite satisfied. The hotel has a car to the airport and back cheaper than outside. I check in 2 hours early but it's free. Room for 1 person is quite large with double bed, enough amenities such as air conditioner, refrigerator (available bottled water, soft drink ...), locker, kettle, hair dryer, television, desk and chair, sofa,... 500m around the hotel, there are many delicious vermicelli, pho, and bread shops. Each room has a signal extender, so wifi is good. There is also a large car park in front of the hotel. Friendly, fun staff. The only thing is that this address has many cars going wrong so please ask carefully before coming

The hot water in the room was unstable, burning hot even though I had set it to almost cold. The towels were old and didn't look clean. The bed made me itchy. The room was poorly soundproofed. The male staff was not enthusiastic. I had a big suitcase and a lot of luggage but they didn't help me. The only good point is that it's close to the center.
