Our stay was so lovely. We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake. Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee. The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly. Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they were part of. It is not always the case to see this. We would return any opportunity.

I do not understand how the hotel works with the app, I had to explain to the hotel reception very much but the receptionist still did not let me check in, while the website answered me contact the hotel and have uploaded to a higher room type. I had to sit for almost an hour in the lobby because of an error between the hotel and the app.

Enough to stop by from a bisnis trip transit. Don't expect too much like a nice international hotel but it will make a do if you are just for sleeping and showering. Other than that, don't ask for more. If you can deal with a budget hotel, then my advice to you is this hotel is not for you.

Stay at the Suite but the equipment is old. Refrigerator lights but not cold. Tell staff that they have replaced another fridge. There is a hot tub in the bathroom, good breakfast. If you book a suite room, you should check in on the high floors, I am on the 5th floor so it has a nice view
