Wonderful hotel, luxurious experience and great service. I have no complains about the stay. The view of the walking street was great, and I could see Bitexco tower from my room. Central location right on the walking street, and there’s a cinema nearby for late night movies. Concierge was friendly, they helped with the luggages and restaurant reservation. The hotel also has a “pillow menu” from which you can choose from a variety of pillows. TV channels were sufficient. Minibar offering was good. Bathtub and bathroom view were fantastic. There’s some noise from the ongoing music festival, but that stopped around 11pm and did not disturb my sleep at all since the King bed was so comfortable.

overall the sevice of the hotel is great , but the smell is vired , I asked for exchange . They put me to another room, overall I have nothing to complain
But they charged us for coffee during the breakfast even we include the breakfast, we ordered before 10:30 they send us later than 10:30 then they charged us extra

The ornamentation is so wonderfully over the top. Come for the spectacle. Staff thoughtful and ubiquitous. Bed very comfortable. The quality of construction is questionable- chunks of things (bathroom tile, credenza, controllers) falling apart in rooms. Pool is not grim, but will be. If you enjoy a bejeweled show of gilt, walk through the lobby.
