Hotel yang indah, pengalaman mewah dan perkhidmatan hebat. Saya tidak mempunyai sebarang keluhan tentang penginapan. Pemandangan jalan berjalan sangat bagus, dan saya dapat melihat menara Bitexco dari bilik saya. Lokasi pusat betul-betul di jalan yang berjalan, dan ada pawagam yang berdekatan untuk filem lewat malam. Concierge adalah mesra, mereka membantu dengan luggages dan tempahan restoran. This is our 4th time visiting The Reverie since 2020. The hotel still amazes us and the politeness of its employee is remarkable. Once you step in the hotel it feels like you just enter the palace of Louis the 14th. You can feel like a king one day. In our case 14 days. This is also the 50th anniversary of my parents, and they made it very special for my parents. Big thanks for that. It's our fourth installment and unfortunately we also observed some downsides of it. An overview of the in our opinion shortcomings compared to the previous times: 1. No one opens the elevators for you anymore 2. mini bar is only filled once a day instead of twice 3. the floor of the room is not daily cleaned and they missed some areas, you can also see spiderwebs on the chair 4. fruit is only one time (arrival) 5. the luxury small shampoo, body wash bottles are replaced by big refillable bottles in the shower. you miss the luxury feeling 6. the box for the hand towels in the bathroom is damaged, this is not 5 star worthy, damage products feels like you staying at a hostel. Perfection is in the details, and The Reverie is slowly losing it.

Probably the nicest 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing staff and excellent location. The view of the river and the city from the panoramic windows in our room was incredible!! Ask the concierge about the food tour in the open air jeeps! Highly recommend!

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer, 33 Etage, auf die Innenstadt, und das exzellente Frühstück in einer großen sehr guten Auswahl von europäischen bis asiatischen Speisen. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

Staff, amenities, decor and ambiance were exceptional. The building is most glamorous. The interior is a bit outdated though; curtains could do with a good wash and there was a smell of ‘old’ in the room.

This is our 4th time visiting The Reverie since 2020. The hotel still amazes us and the politeness of its employee is remarkable. Once you step in the hotel it feels like you just enter the palace of Louis the 14th. You can feel like a king one day. In our case 14 days. This is also the 50th anniversary of my parents, and they made it very special for my parents. Big thanks for that. It's our fourth installment and unfortunately we also observed some downsides of it. An overview of the in our opinion shortcomings compared to the previous times: 1. No one opens the elevators for you anymore 2. mini bar is only filled once a day instead of twice 3. the floor of the room is not daily cleaned and they missed some areas, you can also see spiderwebs on the chair 4. fruit is only one time (arrival) 5. the luxury small shampoo, body wash bottles are replaced by big refillable bottles in the shower. you miss the luxury feeling 6. the box for the hand towels in the bathroom is damaged, this is not 5 star worthy, damage products feels like you staying at a hostel. Perfection is in the details, and The Reverie is slowly losing it.

Probably the nicest 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing staff and excellent location. The view of the river and the city from the panoramic windows in our room was incredible!! Ask the concierge about the food tour in the open air jeeps! Highly recommend!
