I am very happy to share my experience staying at The Upper House Sapa. The atmosphere is calm, the service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is delicious, I recommend the sandwich. The room is large and clean, equipped with warm blankets and a water heater. Toiletries are provided. For access quite close to the city center, you can try using a paid shuttle bus to the hotel if you are tired of walking around. The price is also cheap for transportation and hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is easy to find, nearby a lot of places and easy access (walk, car, ride). The room is so nice, cozy, and pretty large. From the balcony, you can see a good view. The receptionist is so kind, willing to help with anything. Highly recommended!

Really good place to stay because it's close to Sa Pa station, but the hotel is in the alley so not all drivers will drop us in front of the hotel. Overall, I love to stay here because of the view and the price is affordable. Staff also helpful (they bring our luggage to the 4th floor without asking). The room is also clean but a bit small.

Near the center, very convenient to walk. However, the hotel is located near the end of a steep slope, so if you have adults or a lot of luggage, you should consider it. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic in supporting. The room has no TV, it is a bit sad at night

The staff's attitude is not good. The laundry for the customer stained the color but they did not apologize or take responsibility. The room is old and moldy. There is no air conditioning or heating. The road is quite dangerous, the slope is very steep.

During the stay, I did not see you share about the room being moldy or not as expected. The hotel not having air conditioning was clearly described on the OTA page. Ms. Diep and Vu supported me a lot during my stay. <10 points for service style> The room is in a nice location but I went during a foggy period so I couldn't see anything. The room seemed a bit old <I think the price of 500k is reasonable> and not cleaned yet. The hotel is located at the bottom of a slope so it's quite inconvenient for the elderly and children to move around. Breakfast includes instant noodles or egg bread served in the room. In short, with a price range of around 500k ~ 800k, this is a good hotel compared to the price range. The service style is very good, many other high-end hotels have to learn

The staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel is at the bottom of the slope so it's a bit difficult to get around. Basically ok. The bed has a heated bed for the cold winter, which is quite nice. The breakfast is basic, nothing special. The window view is quite chill.
